• Jana (1/5): Katastrophe - Nichts, wirklich gar nichts. Einfach Bilder anschauen und wirken lassen. Dreckig, kaputt, verkommen. Schimmel im Kühlschrank, absolute Gesundheitsgefahr. Nachts stehen plötzlich fremde Leute in der "Ferienwohnung" und wollen aufs Klo 😆. Schlüsselrückgabe nur über völlig verrosteten verbogenen Briefkasten möglich, da Code für Schlüsselbox nicht mehr ging. Absolut peinlich alles und ein Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt.
• Tobias (3/5): Das war nichts! - Es gab keine Gläser in der Ferienwohnung. Der Fernseher war am Fuß angebrochen und hat nicht funktioniert und es lagen aus der Wand gerissene Kabel in der Wohnung. Zudem wurden wir erst zu einer Ersatzlösung geschickt, weil der Schlüsse für unsere Wohnung nicht im Schlüsselkasten war. leider war diese Wohnung allerdings viel zu klein für 6 Personen. dann haben wir eine Wohnung am anderen Ende der Stadt erhalten, und die ganze Prozedur hat uns 25 € Taxi, die nicht erstattet wurden und jede Menge Zeit gekostet. der Schlüsselcode war leider auch zuerst falsch. Auf den Laken waren teilweise Blutflecken. Als Entschädigung wurde uns auf Nachfrage dann lediglich 15€ Rabatt bei der nächsten Buchung angeboten…wir werden allerdings auf eine weitere Buchung verzichten. alles in allem leider eher schlecht organisiert.
