• Plank (7/5): Empfehlenswert mit Einschränkung - Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet , das Boxspring-Bett sehr komfortabel . Dusche und WC auf dem neuesten Stand , mit Ablüftung ,kein Fenster . Moder Geruch Die Küche Neu ! Die Ausziehcouch nur für Kinder geeignet . Die Ausstattung ist komplett Neu . Alles ist vorhanden ,.... Wasserkocher ,Kaffekapselmaschiene , Salz , Gewürze , Weingläser , Tee und Kaffee Tassen , etc. Haarfön ,Tempos ....es gibt eine Microwelle , ........einfach Perfekt ! Großer Fernseher vorhanden Sehr ruhig gelegen , keine Lärmbelästigung ! Moder Geruch , ohne ständiges tägliches lüften sehr unangenehm auszuhalten ! Eher dunkel ,da die Fensterfront nur im vorderem Bereich des Zimmers . Die Taststur für den Zahlencode funktionierte erst nach wiederholtem drücken .

• Michael (9/5): Top plek, centraal gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien - Wat een heerlijk rustige plek, direct achter een drukke straat, waar van alles te beleven valt. Schoon, netjes van alle gemakken voorzien. Koffie en thee klaar om te worden gebruikt. Ruime badkamer, terrasje, buitendeuren die open kunnen, maar wel voorzien van horrengaas. De parkeerplek is natuurlijk erg fijn. Neusiedl ligt centraal om van alles te kunnen bezoeken Geen afzuigkap maar wel slapen in de ruimte waar je ook kookt.. prima als er niet wordt gebakken, maar niet wanneer de keuken veel wordt gebruikt

• Karina (10/5): Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! - Wir haben beide Apartments für unsere Familie gebucht. Wir waren alle zu 100% zufrieden. Die Lage ist Top - Restaurants in der Nähe, Billa 3min Fußweg, Spar ca. 10min Fußweg, Innenstadt direkt angeschlossen. Das Buchen war Problemlos, Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, super freundlich und zuverlässig. Das einchecken per Code hat problemlos am Anreisetag problemlos funktioniert. Das Apartment liegt im Innenhof, man fährt über ein Garagentor in den Innenhof, dort gibt es einen Parkplatz für beide Apartments, überdachte Plätze für Fahrräder. Beide Apartments sind wunderschön - das Apartment 1 ist deutlich größer als Apartment 2. Man teilt sich eine Terasse, es gibt aber 2 separate Tische mit jeweils 4 Stühlen - für uns als Familie war das wunderbar. Man ist von der Straße abgeschlossen - perfekt für Kinder, weil sie im Innenhof sicher spielen können. Beide Apartment waren voll ausgestattet - die Küche hatte alles was man braucht, inklusive Kaffemaschine mit vorhandenen Kapseln, Wasserkocher, Töpfe uvm., im Bad gibt es Seife und Duschgel, ein Föhn ist vorhanden, Handtücher, Klopapier alles vorhanden. In beiden Apartment befindet sich ein Kasten mit Kleiderbügel und Fächer und ein kleinerer Kasten für kleine Dinge. Beide Apartment haben ein großes Boxspringbett (180x200) und jeweils eine Couch die sich ausziehen lässt zu einem Schlafsofa. In dem Apartment für mich und mein Kind wurde das Schlafsofa vorbereitet und ein toller Matratzentopper befand sich darauf. Wirklich gemütlich zum schlafen. Die Bettwäsche ist frisch und sauber. Außerdem haben beide Apartment einen schönen Holztisch mit Holzsesseln. Check - Out ist um 10:00 - wir wollten wegfahren und unser Auto ging nicht mehr an, habe es den Vermietern gemeldet dass es eine Stunde dauern könnte bis der ÖAMTC kommt und wir nicht wegkommen - alles war kein Problem, wir durften sogar noch in die Zimmer rein damit wir nicht auf der Terasse warten mussten - da waren wir wirklich sehr dankbar. It really has everything you need for a nice stay. The area is great! There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal since we had our own.
• Cristian (6/5): Not quite we've expected, only one room with kitchen, dinner table and 2 beds crowded. - Quiet place, confortable for a night or two I think that the previous guest didn't pay the cleaning fee, the floor was filled with dust, a lot of it under the beds and because of the floor heating system, all the dust was in the air. Also a lot of ants near to the main bed and at least two spiders in the room and in the bathroom. We had to buy a mop to clean the floor in order to not start my daughter allergies.

All devices, galley, bathroom and electronics working very well. If we come back to the city area for sure we will stay here again. There are no any negative aspects.

Also you can visit Vienna everyday. You have parking place in front of the property. Definatelly will stay again when in this region. It was better for me than to stay in Vienna.

It is quiet and close by the bicycle/wander path. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to visit again next year. -
