Needed to buy basic supplies such as body wash, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, serviettes. Toaster was missing and coffee machine not working. There are lots of opportunities for attention to detail that would result in a more comfortable stay.

- Robert (9/5): Wonderful time had by my family for a surprise 60th trip for me, my hubby did well - Contacted by owner on arrival regarding a couple of issues they were dealing with. Very approachable and compensating for the things of concern, great communication.
Hard to know your cleaners are letting you down when you’re a long way away from your property, but nothing we couldn’t handle and the fact they understood our concerns was great.
If no one tells the owner and they just leave bad reviews things don’t get fixed, these owners were very good to work with and did everything they could to help Location was great

- Michelle (6/5): Disappointing - My sister's room (an upstairs bedroom) became locked from the inside (we did not even realise the door could be locked) and there was minimum assistance given to address the matter. It was the 50th anniversary of our mothers passing and we were delayed at the cemetery attending to her grave and not able to be at the property at the designated time arranged with the cleaner. I spoke personally to the property manager (at least one hour before the designated time) informing him that we would not be at the property at the designated time assuming the cleaner had a key to open the building and giving her permission to enter the property and open the door in our absence. We were not informed that this was not the case. The property manager rang at the designated time informing me that the cleaner did not have a Key. I returned to the property immediately and was back within 20 minutes of his call. The cleaner had left. The property manager texted me her number. She did not answer the phone and only conversed by text. The cleaner refused to come back to the property at another time and/or arrange a place for us to come to her to pick up what we assumed was a key. Then we realised there was a combination lock on the cleaner's cupboard downstairs. Neither the property manager or the cleaner would answer the telephone calls and there was no response from the property manager or the cleaner when a request was made by text (as neither were picking up the phone when I called) to provide the combination to the lock for us to access the key. In the end we had to call a locksmith at a cost of $120.00 to open the door. My sister had to stay at the property to await the locksmith and was not able to join us for the rest of the day. There was no further contact from the owner or the cleaner to see if the matter was resolved. Neither of them gave a damn as to whether we were able to access the room or not

- Paula (8/5): Lovely house - I liked that the property is modern. And looked clean. The house is well kept. I love the bathrooms. You can park 4 cars . The owner answered every enquiry. On our way to the property, we received a call that the aircon hasn’t been working. It was very hot on that day. Because it was only day after new year, the material requires weren’t available. The owner provided a portable aircon and had fans in the room. We had to wait for the tradesperson to fix the aircon the next day before we can go out.
I also didn’t like that the council wasn’t able to collect the bin a week before our stay so we didn’t have a bin to throw our rubbish. The owner has stated he had called council but unfortunately still wasn’t picked up.

Sharon was very attentive, and her communication was spot on. I highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again!
- James (9/5): Superb - Beautiful new townhouse in quiet area, about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Townhouse is well appointed with practically anything you would need for a vacation and every minor detail has been considered and accounted for. For instance, a small firepit/bbq is located in the back patio and the house provides firewood, firelighters, a lighter and smoker chips. You can tell alot of effort has been put into making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Beds are also very comfortable. Nothing really.
