Guest Reviews
- Kathleen (6/5): Needs maintenance especially toilet and light switches door locks . Once you have that figured out excellent location fo - Location was amazing Very dated faulty door lock to the balcony with the best view.
Dirty windows
- Iles (8/5): - Position was great and unit was very well decked out with things needed for a comfortable stay Bathroom and toilet needed a good scrub and lounge needs a clean
- Julie (8/5): Great location & size perfect fir space - Location & 3rd floor No air conditioning if staying over on a hot summer.
Our stay very pleasant
- Ahmad Lotfy (5/5): - Very good location Tinny unit
Old furniture
Uncomfortable beds
No vents in bathroom
- Anne (10/5): - The view the location Uderneath carpark is tight
- Colleen (9/5): It was a great break. Our family was also there with us. They were in Units 16 and Unit 22. - We had been in this unit on previous occasions so everything was familiar. It is a wonderful location with an easy walk into the main shopping area. The unit was very clean and everything was adequate. The only thing I missed was wifi which was disappointing. Anyway I would have no hesitation in coming back to Tasman no 9. Just the lack of internet.
- Simon (7/5): - Great location, very quiet how I like it Nothing to be honest
- kodie husband (10/5): - The location was perfect. The beds were awesome facilities were great. Nothing
- Kim (10/5): Perfect stay - Everything. Clean, spacious, beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. Entrance to the building is dark.
- Ben (8/5): Artwalk weekend - Location and amenities were very accessible, and the kitchen was stocked with crockery, cookware, cups/mugs/glassware & pantry fillers... There were no towels, bedsheets or internet provided, and that's really the only criticism i have.
- Shea (7/5): Beautiful location - Very old and no sheets or towels provided. I had to go and buy
- Ann (4/5): This could be an excellent apartment. Location is excellent but the apartment needs total refurbishm - Location The apartment needs refurbishment. No airconditioning or wifi. The car park was one of the worst I have ever seen and I am amazed we were able to get in and out - like a maze.
No linen…….really!
- Sandy (6/5): Love Port but won’t be staying Tasman Towers - Location Your outdoor chairs are dangerous seriously the chair seat is broken and tied up and covered with a cushion
My partner nearly fell through it and then 1 cheap outdoor chair on balcony off main bedroom
Surely you could have some decent safe outdoor furniture
I mean you can buy a whole set at Bunnings for couple hundred dollars and that 1 chair is dangerous
Also your dining chairs are like sitting on a tin box terrible
Even the couches are uncomfortable
- Ann (4/5): Would never stay here again. Location is the only thing going for it - Only redeeming feature is its location. The last who I had to rent the linen from was lovely. No air con, they had been removed from the walls (like a sauna). Awful smell of death when we turned the kitchen tap on. Windows wouldn’t open, no WiFi and hot spotting was problematic. Impossible to park my car in the garage as the spaces were too tight and large SUV’s blocked my access. Recent works on pipes in toilet had not been cleaned up and there was plaster dust all through the toilet. Beds mattresses were old and lumpy.
- Ian (8/5): Very good -
- Celestine (1/5): Terrible, we left a day early! - Location. There were tiles missing from the roof so open holes, large tiles missing from the bathroom and toilet, a mossy damp smell filled the apartment and no Airconditioning to help, no screens on doors so couldn’t even let in fresh air, spiderwebs all around the balcony so couldn’t even go outside, a dirty lime scaled kettle, ripped curtains in the main bedroom, extremely uncomfortable beds, couldn’t even use the undercover parking as it wasn’t accessible, no dishwasher, and then had to pay $100 extra to order linen to be delivered.
- Merle (8/5): Easy access to the apartment; lovely view from both balconies; would stay there again. - Location was good. Disappointed to find tiles missing on the walls in the toilet area and the bathroom; there was no cover on one of the vents in the bathroom.
There was a leak on the toilet floor for which a plumber was called.
The lights were very poor.
- Russell (8/5): This is a great location and has most oen would need for a short stay - This is a very old facility, and there are major issues with contant leaks with the shower rose, shower screen on to the bathroom floor and a leaking Toilet onto the toilet floor. this is occupational health a sfaty issue.
Also there are large stips of tiles that are missing off the bathroom wall as well as the service duct in the toilet and this is not sightly.
- Eric (5/5): The stay was spoiled by our being overcharged by $122.52 which was debited the day after we had already paid in full. E - Good location, well equipped apartment. Plumbing issues.
- Trevor (5/5): OK - Bed uncomfortable windows dirty
- Tony (7/5): Great location - Location Property needs upgrade
- Janice (8/5): Good value for money. Nice view. Close to shops. - No breakfast provided in apartment. Workers on site with noise and smell of burning
- Kim (7/5): Cheap and cheerful - Excellent location with great views There appeared to be some work being done on the plumbing so there were a few holes in the walls. Also, way too many ornaments 🤷♀️
- Mark (8/5): Perfect for what we needed, unit needs a little love though. - Location, clean
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant -
- Belinda (9/5): Fantastic family property. - Fantastic location. Very clean, safe and just like home. Nothing!
- Trevor (8/5): good - Good All was fine
- Greg (7/5): Good location and facilities for the price. Park on street unless in small car. - Location excellent. Walk 2 blocks to everything. Basement parking was a nightmare. Big 4wd vehicles would not fit, manourver or move without great difficulty. Our medium size fitted, just. Took a lot of shuffling.
- Ken (9/5): we stayed there 45 years ago. the apartments are still a good place to stay. - close to everything parking not suitable for large vehicles
- Don (5/5): The road was noisy from the caravan park, the mattresses were bad and you could feel the springs. - The air conditioning was good but the remote control was dead and rusted inside. The beds and mattresses were very uncomfortable and the couch was also very uncomfortable.
- Lee-anne (6/5): great location but maintenance issues with the apartment - the location is great the apartment is dated & in need of repair, the window in the main bed couldn’t be closed & with rain coming in the maintenance man had to be called to fix it, the windows in the kitchen also need repair as one cannot be opened & the other won’t stay open, all 3 slide balcony doors were very hard to slide open & closed and they were all missing screens, the mattress on the main bed was very uncomfortable and the two singles in the second room had two mattresses on each bed which was ridiculously uncomfortable.
- Arthur (8/5): Very good -
- Roy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional - No breakfast available I loved everything
- Debbie (9/5): Superb -
