• Elyse (3/5): Not worth the cost - Location was good - very short drive to town, rain forest, and light house with plenty of dining and entertainment nearby. Charged a $100 cleaning fee on booking - not sure what it is used for. The floors were dusty and clearly not vacuumed or mopped. The place had cob webs in several locations. There were tiny cockroaches throughout the place. The place is cheap but still not worth the money. It rained while we were there - the gutter above the entrance to our part of the building was broken completely causing a constant stream of water to shower down on you as you enter or exit the building while raining - ridiculous. There was only a half roll of toilet paper provided and no hand soap. Front windows to the place were broken and very difficult to use.

• Donna (3/5): Would not book again - Old place residents told me it was an over 50’s place No parking no air conditioning ceiling fan in the lounge area made so much noise I couldn’t hear the tv mould on the window seals not much to cook with tongs broken place needs an upgrade sheets were clean which were nice coffee table about to fall apart and really not steady tv kept turning off and on with that scratching noise
• Siddiq (8/5): Buckley's Chance - Proximity to everything - shopping, beaches, restaurants. Rapid response to replacement of malfunctioning microwave. Undercover parking. Had to repair bathroom towel rack after it suddenly collapsed.
