• Luis (10/5): Ubicación-Calidad-precio - La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy comoda. El baño era genial y también la cocina equipada El desayuno es muy completo y rico. Se dan huevos, pan y otras cosas el día antes. Así no importa a que hora sales de tour solo lo preparas cuando lo ocupes La habitación es un poco caliente, pero es perfecto para el frio y abriendo la ventana se puede regular un poco la temperatura

• Laurence (8/5): Lovely quirky apartment. - The location was great. Really good breakfast delivered the night before. Kitchen good - microwave, fridge, hob … So hard to find. Even after being dropped off by a taxi it took us a while to find. It’s up an alley to the right of la dorotea cafe.

• Firoz (9/5): Great location to Puerto Natales NP and lovely apartment. - Property was clean and had a fridge and all the amenities you’d need. I also liked the fact that since I was often leaving at 7am morning when they start breakfast, they left some breakfast for me in the fridge. The concierge was also very helpful especially as I don’t speak Spanish and English wasn’t his first language. Everything else about the property was very good. It felt secure and was a great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The only small negative is that the shower would fill up (maybe a small blockage). I didn’t have time to see the concierge as I was out all day and there are only a set times someone is available. I could’ve used WhatsApp’s but it was a very small negative.

• Brian (10/5): Perfect location and facility right outside of the park. - This property is perfect for a visit to Patagonia and Torres del Paine. The location is right outside of the park but in a great small town with tons of great food, coffee shops and shopping. The connection to laundry facility is a great plus and the rooms and modern, and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Algo que no se indicó en ningún momento ni aparecía en el anuncio de Booking. Otras cuestiones son que al llegar (llegamos tarde, a las 22 h) la habitación estaba fría porque el radiador estaba cerrado. Creo que la habitación podría haber estado a una mejor temperatura para cuando llegásemos, visto el frío que hacía fuera y la hora de nuestra llegada. Otra cuestión es que el radiador del baño no funcionaba.

He guide me to the whole process of getting into Torres del Paine Park, and around the city of Puerto Natales. It was my first time there and the place was exactly what I needed. The room is great, you can cook and feel like a little home in the time you expend in Puerto Natales. Great value for money.

• Chingwan (10/5): Best stay in Puerto Natales - Best place I stayed in Puerto Natales and I stayed in 3 different lofts. The staff are lovely and really helpful, Sebastian at reception is great. The place itself is lovely, has everything you could need for your stay - the kitchen has so much equipment so preparing food is super easy, and they bring you breakfast bits the evening before, ready for your morning which is so cute and special. The stay was really comfortable and the location is perfect, close to everything. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Puerto Natales.

Not their fault, but spent about hour or so in the AM without electricity. For an expanding hotel, a generator would be helpful.

• JESUS (8/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Puerto Natales, cerca de los bares, restaurantes y de las oficinas de los tours. Suele haber gente en recepción y nos guardaron las maletas el último día hasta que salió nuestro avión sin ningún coste. La comida te la dejan en la nevera en tuppers de cristal. La ducha es confortable, el agua sale caliente y con buena presión. La calefacción funciona muy bien. El desayuno te lo dejan en la habitación la noche anterior, por lo que el pan y tostadas a veces pueden estar un poco secas (a pesar de cubrirlo con papel transparente). Nos retiraron la parte del desayuno que no habíamos consumido, recomiendo dejar una nota para que no se lo lleven, si quieres acabártelo más tarde. El principal inconveniente que tuve es que tuvimos que dejar las dos maletas abiertas en mitad del suelo del salón, pues la habitación es pequeña, el espacio está aprovechado al máximo.

Fatalna akustyka i wentylacja - słychać gości z góry i czuć, co gotują. Fatalne śniadanie do pokoju: 10 gram masła na osobę, pół szklanki soku na osobę, 25 gram muesli i jakiś mały dżemik.
• PapaFox13 (6/5): Seria uma boa estadia sem o incómodo barulho das obras - Boa localização, disponibilidade do pequeno almoço na tarde do dia anterior e simpatia do staff Barulho das obras pesadas no edifício encostado ao quarto que só terminaram às 9:30pm e depois de várias queixas da nossa parte. Não mudámos de quarto aquando do check-in porque nos informaram que as obras terminavam às 6:00pm.

• Simone (8/5): Il posto ideale per godersi la bellezza di Puerto Natales e come punto di partenza per il parco Torres. I loft sono cari - Bellissima e accogliente Le porzioni di cibo preparate per la colazione sono insufficienti e l’ospite è costretto a compensare.

• Fabricio (8/5): Adoramos, voltaria novamente - O conforto é muito bom, tudo novinho e funcionando. Chuveiro ótimo e cama muito confortável. Nos pegamos esse loft pq precisamos de um local pra trabalhar ao longo do dia e funcionou muito bem. A internet podia ser mais rápida e o aquecimento da casa era excessivo. Talvez seja apropriado pro inverno, mas tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas pra poder aliviar o calor e não havia como controlar. Acredito q seja aquecimento central.

• Joss (10/5): Highly Recommended - We booked this accommodation at the last minute after leaving a horrid airbnb and couldn’t be happier, the apartment was very clean, the beds were super comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed including an oven. The kitchen/lounge/dining room area was compact but was well designed so it felt roomy. I rarely comment on breakfast but I loved the concept here where they bring you an array of goodies in cute little containers & baskets the night before & you can eat what you want when you feel like it in the privacy of your room. Highly recommended! Nothing

• derek (1/5): A disaster of epic proportions - Cancelled our reservation while we were in TDP. We had no way to connect to the hotel. Had booked this hotel almost 9 months in advance. Stayed one night when arriving. Paid w a VISA, left belongings for our return (which we also had to pay for). They tried to run the SAME visa while in the park and ran into issues. Cancelled the booking, leaving us without a booking at 6 pm in Puerto Natales after being off the grid for 6 days. For the record, I was able to use this card to book again and for the rest of the entire vacation. I understand a small business, but this was borderline hazardous and dangerous for us - we almost had to rent a tent and stay out in a field because 99.99% of everything within an hour drive was booked. Horrible - and if you read other reviews, you'll see this isn't the first time they've done this. Maybe a bit of critical thinking to know we'd be back and MAYBE the errors that were happening were on your side. Maybe you could have asked us to pay when we where there the first night. Regardless, horrible people. horrible. One of the most stressful things to ever happen to me on a vacation.

• Paula (9/5): Very comfortable apartment in great location, super breakfast provided. - Our apartment had a comfortable seating area which was nice to relax in when we got back from our excursions. The beds were very comfortable too. The breakfast was really nice and it was super convenient having it placed in the apartment for us the night before so that we could have it before going out early the next day. It was a good choice of fresh items. The location was excellent right in the centre of town. There was very loud building work going on which disturbed our peace. Fortunately we were out most of the time it was going on but if we hadn’t been it would have been challenging to relax.

Walls are thin and we could hear a lot of noise from above and barking dogs. Bring earplugs and request the top floor.

We slept very well and the kitchenette had everything we needed to make our own meals after being on the road for a couple of weeks. The breakfast was generous and well presented in our rooms the day before so that we could be flexible for early starts. Lovely little place! They are constructing and expanding the property. I would have appreciated a heads up on this.

• 25672 (10/5): Wish this was an area where we were staying longer because of this accommodation. - We only stayed one night here as we were picked up the following day for W trek, and honestly could have stayed longer. We loved the room - so clean and comfy. And the breakfast was awesome. They dropped off everything for breakfast the evening before so you can have it as you want in the morning. Maybe others wouldn't like this but we really enjoyed having it on our own time. And it was a lot of food - always a plus when going hiking. Bed was very comfortable and the location like anywhere in town is super close to everything. They held our luggage until we could check in so we could do some exploring and get lunch. There was an issue with their boiler so we had to hold off on showers and they weren't really hot by the time we needed to go. But the amazing staff let us know there was an issue and when it would be ready. They were truly amazing especially dealing with my 0 spanish.

Well furnished and had really helpful staff who booked an early taxi for us to catch a bus the following day. Breakfast was lovely and included bread, pastries, cheese, ham, yoghurts, granola and more and it was conveniently left in our fridge. Would highly recommend this apartment and it’s right in the centre of town too. Great place.
• penny (8/5): - We stayed here before and after our trek. It is very comfortable with great beds and a mini kitchen ( which we didn’t use). Easy walking distance to restaurants including a great asado restaurant on the main square. It’s behind a gelato shop. You can hear dogs fighting, karaoke next door in the rooms upstairs at night. Only one of the four in our group found it a problem. The rooms downstairs you hear the footsteps above. They are currently doing construction work on the property. It didn’t bother us but could if you wanted to sleep during the day.

• Kathleen (10/5): Very comfortable and well arranged loft - would definitely stay there again. - We were pleasantly surprised by the actual accommodation which was thoughtfully arranged and updated. The beds were comfortable and there was a seating area with a full kitchen. The bathroom had plenty of hot water. We stayed for 6 nights to explore the area. The location was right in town on one of the main streets near the square and just around the corner from pick up points for day trips to Torres del Paine and other day trips in the area. Continental breakfast items were delivered the night before and placed into the mini fridge. There is also an outdoor covered nook with seat cushions. I would definitely stay there again.

• Ana (4/5): Disappointing experience. - Spacious and well equipped rooms. Comfortable beds. Communication with receptionist was very poor. They were unresponsive to our request messages. Also, loud music from restaurant next door and noise from building works made our sleep difficult. On top of this, we couldn’t shower for two days and we got charged with a breakfast that someone else (who claimed to be the owner’s mother) had told us was free.

• Fionna (9/5): Cute apartment in a great location - Cute apartment in a great location, we loved the breakfast that gets provided in your fridge. We left very early in the morning to get to the bus station and meant we could have a good breakfast before we left. They also offer luggage storage which was really handy. Little bit of confusion on whether or not we could get early check-in which we had requested and were happy to pay for, we had flown down from Lima on an overnight flight so wanted to check-in early. Until we got to reception based on the messages I had thought we had booked early check-in but once we got to reception they said we couldn't check-in until 3pm.
• Fionna (9/5): Cosy and comfortable apartment in a great location - We stayed here after hiking the W Trek, it was super easy to collect our luggage they had been storing. The breakfast was great as tehy deliver it to your fridge the day before and you can cook the eggs in the morning yourself. Good sized room and close to all the restaurants in town. Nothing.

Breakfast is given to you the day before which is very handy if you need to leave early morning for hikes or trips. Very central to puerto natales too Attitude of customer service was awful. Do not expect any help before the trip starts. I messaged them multiple times as they marked my card as invalid on the website continuously without explanation. I had to call booking customer service to get them to respond, only to receive sassy attitude via whatsapp. It is not obvious you need a credit card, multiple payment methods are availabke on booking and i completed ALL OF THEM with debit card, never have i been asked to use a credit card for some offline process.
