• Kelly (10/5): Perfeito!! - O apto ele completo é muito confortável. E está numa localização perfeita. Próximo a Praia, mercado, farmácia ... Dona Malu foi muito generosa em deixarmos entrar antes do horário e na saída tbm! Não tenho dúvida que voltarei a RJ e ficaria de novo no apto. Dona Malu muito obrigada.

• Ylann (9/5): Wonderful time in Ipanema! - Perfect location in the heart of Ipanema 2 blocks from the beach. Very helpful host with a great grocery store just downstairs. Apartment ambiance was really lovely with lots of decorative touches and art work to enjoy. Doorman very helpful throughout stay also when we needed to leave our bags on the last day. Definitely recommend for a couple days of exploring;-) It would have been helpful to have a few basic touches like coffee or tea, but with the store downstairs it was quickly solved.

• Barbara (8/5): Great location - Location and building staff. Mashing machine worked well bu had to buy laundry soap. This is an old building in a hot humid environment so every thing ages quickly.
• Xavier (9/5): Ideal per a descobrir Rio des d’un punt segur i agradable. - Molt aprop de la platja de Ipanema, pràctic i confortable. Està en un barri segur i té vigilància 24h. La comunicació amb la propietat va ser molt fluïda. L’habitació que dona al carrer es bastant sorollosa.

• Diego (4/5): disappointing - the location is great, close to ipanema beach and the metro station the apartment is very old and poorly maintained. we had to kill a few cockroaches and, in general, it is not very clean. furniture is old and worn. the owner did accomodate our earlier than scheduled arrival, but did it in a rather annoyed way, writing messages in an aggressive tone. absolutely not worth the 9.3 rating on booking (except for the location). also, no way it fits 6 people, as indicated in the site.
