- Rodrigo (10/5): - A localização no Largo da Carioca é excelente. Estava perto de tudo que eu precisava nessa viagem. O checkin e chaves foram bem fáceis, e o anfitrião esteve sempre disponível e respondia rapidamente. No apartamento já tem alguns snacks e bebidas, pagas a parte, mas excelente caso não possa ou esqueça de comprar algo pra comer a noite. Embaixo do prédio também tem lugares para comer. Tem um cooktop caso queira fazer comida. A vista também é boa, dando para ver os arcos da lapa e o pico da tijuca ao fundo. Só é ruim pois tem um prédio imenso na frente. Não possui ar condicionado, mas está cheio (me lembro de 5) ventiladores disponíveis. Cama bem confortável. Enfim, está na minha lista de opções quando voltar ao Rio. Só tomar cuidado com a região, pois apesar de sem bem localizado, não é muito segura, mas nada absurdo.

Llegamos un domingo x la noche y la zona daba respeto. Falta fuego para cocinar.

- Fernando (4/5): Basic but Clean. Uncomfortable Stay. - Basic but clean is the best description for this rental. The air conditioner didn't work properly, the beds were uncomfortable, and as luck would have it internet wasn't working which was no fault of the owner of course but combine that with faulty elevator, faulty AC and very uncomfortable beds, the overall experience wasn't great. The owner was very responsive, polite and helpful but I wouldn't rent again.

It doesn't have AC but it was not a problem because being at 15 floor make a difference, the building is decently insulated and the 5 fans in the apartment.... I didn't feel hot at all, even now that it's summer. Though if someone is an "AC addicted" maybe will be not totally satisfied.
