- Elaine (4/5): Good location and apartment but problematic hosting team. - Good location and comfort. Good people working in the building. They hosts paid back the entire security deposit even thought a couple of small things to be reduced to compensate for the stress in the beginning. Hosts did not comply with what we had agreed and what is described in booking.com about guests. There is clearly stated that "unregistered guest are not allowed" and nothing else. Therefore I registered possible guests and had to pay extra U$138 for receiving my minor niece for one day. There was rumours in the building about the reliability of these hosts. They call themselves: hosting team.
- Lucila (10/5): Bonito y amplio departamento a unos metros del mar! - Tuvimos una gran estancia en este departamento. Limpio y amplio. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Está bien ubicado, a unos metros caminando de la playa y en un área donde hay un mercado y algunas otras tiendas. Lo mejor sin dudas fue la atención de Luiza y la ayuda de Pamela. Luiza se ocupó de que no nos faltara nada y nos sintiéramos a gusto. Gracias!

- Alan yair (10/5): Paz e amor - falando do apartamento, o amei, foi uma confirmação de minha conexão com nosso pai cada vez mais forte, eu sei que foi ele que me mandou ao seu apartamento porque ele fica aí, esse lugar tem uma energia muito maravilhosa além de ser confortável, limpo e silencioso.

- Nicola (6/5): Convenient but far from great. - Good location, nice area, easy access to beach. Really good showers. Beds were comfy but we were only 5 people. Don't know where 9 would sleep. Practical but minimal. Nowhere to put clothes in middle room. No mirrors in bedrooms. Everything very tired and in need of updating. Much of the kitchen equipment was not working. Pool not available when we wanted to use it (closed from 5pm to 11am one day). No comms from host despite sending messages asking for info. Website info says host will meet us at the apartment but this turned out not to be the case. Overall felt a bit let down by the experience.

- Kamil (8/5): - Ubytovatelka byla ochotná a vyšla nám vstříc ve všem, co jsme potřebovali. Ubytování má dvě koupelny a tři ložnice - pro nás jako 5tičlennou rodinu velmi vyhovující. Pěkné parkování v suterénu budovy. Ubytování je v uzavřeném areálu v kterém jsou i restaurace a např. i kostel. Poloha ubytování je přímo na obrovské pláži. Vnitřní bazén byl i přes den často zakrytý - asi dané počasím. Nevím. Vyřadil bych některé přístroje z kuchyně.

- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional Stay!! THE BEST Apartment for a vacation stay in Barra da Tijuca ! - Look no further, whilst in Rio you def want to stay here!!! <3 <3 Our stay was absolute perfection. The location is ideal, safe (!!! very important when in Rio de Janeiro) just a short walk to the beautiful Barra da Tijuca beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls (3 min drive to BarraShopping), and super easy access to main roads and public transport. The apartment itself was so clean, spacious, and we loved the beach themed decoration. Each bedroom was comfortable with cozy beds, quality linens, and plenty of storage space for our belongings. The living area was super airy and we could feel the fresh ocean breeze (Rio gets hot and fresh air circulating is a luxury - but also necessity!) it was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, with a smart TV and we had fast WiFi that worked really well throughout the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, too. We love to cook so we asked for some extra kitchen supplies for our stay which Maria Luiza promptly tended to! So kind!! We loved the spacious private balcony with STUNNING (!) breathtaking (!!!) lake and ocean views and hammock. The building had excellent amenities: 24-hour security, a pool, gym, and even a small playground for children. Maria Luiza and her team were extremely attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible. She had private parking for us for a very small fee, that made it so simple for us to get in and out. We def had a stress-free time getting in and out. We loved the Rio sunset walks with our pup which Maria Luiza was so accommodating of! This apartment was perfect for us!! — I think families, friends, or even business travelers would all feel at home and truly enjoy their time here. We can't wait to come back!! Thank you Maria Luiza!
