Unacceptable and unprofessional. - Facilities old/tired, air conditioning leaking water due to very poor cleaning/ maintenance. No effective cooling system for 2nd bedroom, what was offered was too noise, took too much space in the room and in effective for its purpose. Old windows, 2 burner cooker old and ineffective. Took over 1 hour to boil a small pan with water, main bedroom lamps beside the bed full of dust. No space in 2nd to store our clothes, as cupboards full of brooms, cleaning items. Kitchen cupboards also occupied by decorating materials e.g. paint tins. TV and WiFi not working on arrival, hairdryer not working, no iron boarding functioning. No one ‘responsible’ for apartment available to take our complaints in an effective form. Us, the customers spending several hours of our stay trying to resolve above matters with the cleaning.maintenance staff with no success. We sent a formal complaint letter and Mozart Alves to date has not yet acknowledged or responded our complaint email and message. The maintenance manager Vagner was abusive on the phone and failed to understand that the maintenance of the apartment should occur before the customer arrives in the apartment and not during their stay, especially when we are paying extremely high rates comparable to good hotels in the area. The whole building is very old, smell gas ( super strong), myself and my sons had strong headache and felt unwell because of the strong gas smell. The porter of the building confirmed that there are cylinders of gas stored in the entrance corridor. I asked if we could move to a different property and they said that there was none available during our stay. We are still waiting a response from the complaint letter we sent. The management of the apartment very dismissive, and amateur, appalling in their approach to customer service. I do not recommend this apartment.

• Catalina (10/5): Gran estadía: ubicación, confort y tranquilidad - El departamento elegido fue la mejor opción, en particular por su ubicación privilegiada a pasos de la playa de Copacabana, lo cual aportó un entorno atractivo, además la cercanía a transporte , traducida en excelente conexión a lugares turísticos. Añado cercanía a múltiples de restaurantes y supermercados, hizo una experiencia cómoda y muy recomendable No tengo ningún comentario negativo, todo estuvo muy bien , bien equipado y con un excelente aislamiento acústico, lo que nos garantizó descanso y tranquilidad durante toda la estadía
• Miguel (9/5): Buena ubicación y relación calidad -precio - Muy bien ubicado y una relación calidad -precio magnífica . Portero 24h en el edificio, supermercado cerca. Un dormitorio es cama doble y el otro literas (ideal familia pero no 2 parejas), nos gustó que cada dormitorio tiene baño propio y que no están al lado uno de otro, por el tema de no molestar. Ducha muy bien, agua caliente funciona perfectamente. Cocina eléctrica antigua, sólo funciona una placa de las dos. No hay mucho espacio para comer: una mesa estrecha en la pared de la cocina (con taburetes altos) o si no toca comer en el sofá con mesa baja.
• Paulina (8/5): Very good - The location is good if you want to be near the beach. The only downside is that there is no car parking, we came by car and had to find a car park a bit further from the apartment which is annoying because we had quite a lot of bags to carry. Other than that, there were no issues.
