• Laura (8/5): Fabulous stay, safe building, great host. - Amazing location and excellent service from the host! They were bright, friendly, accommodating and checked in! The air conditioning in both rooms was incredibly loud so you need ear plugs!

Me quedé 3 noches y no había repuestos de papel higiénico, servilletas ni bolsa de residuos. Todo uno solo. Y éramos 5 personas.
• Christian (10/5): - We stayed there at the apartment five nights and it was a very nice stay. The apartment is newly refurbished in a 60’s apartment highrise right in the middle of Ipanema, close to to the beachfront, in the middle restaurants and shops. As it is quite high up there is also a nice across the cityscape and the mountains behind Lagoa. What we great is that there were not only 2 bedrooms, but also 2 en-suite bathrooms. The place was very clean, the Bed was comfortable with the right hardness, the shower worked well, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The property is very well managed, and the management team is very responsive. 24 hour security at the entrance is a plus, so we felt very safe.
• Katya (10/5): The Gem From Ipanema - The property is very well located and it’s truly a gem. The apartment has everything needed for a good stay and it’s modern and was very comfortable for our family of five. Nothing.
• Alejandro (10/5): Hidden treasure in Ipanema - This place is a hidden treasure! The location is perfect, with plenty of facilities and convenience stores nearby. The neighborhood feels safe, especially compared to Copacabana or Leme, where I’ve stayed before. The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, equipped with all the amenities you’d need, and recently renovated, which made it even better. The minimalistic and functional design adds a clean, modern touch, and the views are simply breathtaking. From almost every angle, you can see the sea from Ipanema, the iconic Morro Dois Irmãos, and even Christ the Redeemer. Martina, the location manager, was exceptional. I don’t know how much she’s paid, but she definitely deserves a raise! Her attention to detail was incredible. She supported us throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy a truly special experienced before. The property owners should be incredibly grateful to have Martina and a team that clearly puts so much care into making guests feel at home. While the location and apartment were amazing, these thoughtful touches made all the difference. I'd definitely call this place My Home in Rio... 💙 Everything exceeded my expectations, so I have no complaints—only praise for this place once again

• Lydia (9/5): Very clean great location. - Very clean and centrally located. Everything just like the pictures. Loved the washer. Nice grocery store just up the street. Good wifi. Everything was great. If there is anything, it would be hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

• Claudia (10/5): The apartment is brand new and has everything you need - amazing location - Everything - location is wonderful with shops, bars, restaurantes all within walking distance Although it is a old building the apartment has been renovated inside and it is very comfortable and spacious for a couple or two - it is a super plus to have two ensuites so we two people can have a shower at the same time We found all the utensils in the kitchen including coffee maker and filtered cold water machine which is another plus and the laundry which is super helpful The doorman at the entrance of the building is very polite and it is a 24hr monitored entrance which is very important for your safety coming back late hours The beds are very comfortable The wifi worked great We found the apartment very clean so the bed linen and they supplied us with extra towels too which we really appreciated The communication with the manager of the property was fantastic and prompt They accommodated all our requests very well and we are very thankful for that We highly recommend this property

I highly recommend this property if you ever need to stay in Rio, close to Ipanema beach, with restaurants and shops near by
