• Karien (6/5): Clean, quiet, modern apartment - kitchen needs some serious airing out. - The apartment was clean and modern, the lock box was easy to access, parking was very convenient, and the neighbourhood felt safe and was quiet. The kitchen smelled so badly of cigarette smoke, that we had to keep the door to the kitchen closed at all times, and didn't want to go in there. There was also no microwave, which would have been useful travelling with a child. More pillows and substantial pillows for the beds would have made it more comfortable. We couldn't seem to get the heating to work well in the bedrooms, so kept the doors to the hallway open.

• Erika (10/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole. L'host è stato più gentile del dovuto! - Appartamento accogliente, luminoso e molto pulito. Confortevole e ben organizzato/attrezzato. A dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e con parcheggio gratuito accanto all'ingresso.

• Bernhard (9/5): Super. 99 von 100. - Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: EIne genauere Beschreibung der vorhandenen Kaffeemaschinen wäre sinnvoll gewesen - um mit richtigen Zubehör anzureisen. Auch ein scharfes Brotmesser wäre eine große Hilfe. Ansonsten alles prima.
• Julia (8/5): Wenn wir mal wieder zum Bodensee fahren, gerne wieder diese Wohnung! - Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet, auch wenn auf den ersten Blick auf das Wohnhaus nicht unbedingt erwartet, da es von außen nicht ganz so gepflegt gewirkt hat. Top Lage, da es ruhig ist und man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Friedrichshafen ist. Die Außenansicht hätte besser sein können, aber da die Wohnung schön und sauber war, ist dies nicht wirklich wichtig. Sonst keine Beanstandungen.

Ich buchte ganz bewusst ein Appartement mit Parkplatz, da aber noch die anderen beiden Wohnungen vermietet waren, hatten wir keinen Parkplatz an 2 Tagen und mussten in der Siedlung spät abends eine Parkmöglichkeit suchen. Da wünsche ich mir bessere Informationen!
• Anja (7/5): Zentrale Lage für einen kurzen Trip ok - Die Lage war zentral keine weiten Wege zur Innenstadt oder zum See Die Ausstattung war soweit ok nur keine normale Kaffeemaschine sondern eine Kapsel Maschine und das Fernsehen war problematisch da es ein Internet Fernseher war und keine Anleitung in der Wohnung vorhanden war

• Amanda (9/5): Comfortable stay for a family - It was a large, spacious apartment that was well-equipped. A lot of natural light and very comfortable beds. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. It's in a pretty residential neighbourhood, so not a lot of vibrance.

• Thierry (8/5): - Goede centrale ligging om de bezienswaardigheden van de Bodensee te bezoeken. Op loopafstand van de haven van Friedrichshafen, Zeppelin-museum en de boulevard. Goed verzorgd appartement met alle faciliteiten. Fijn dat er 2 toiletten zijn. Beetje strak en modern ingericht. Daar moet je van houden. Wij misten lampjes bij de nachtkastjes. De bedden waren wat hard en de kussen te zacht. Maar ook daar kom je wel overheen. Het warmwater lijkt te zijn afgesteld op 38 C, kan je niet warmer zetten. Jammer als je een warme douche wilt omdar je bent natgeregent zoals wij. In de keuken misten wij de afzuigkap en een goede aantechtverlichting

• Dagmara (9/5): place to choose when you visit bodensee - great owners-even though we didnt meet personally, they were really communicative and helpful. appartment is new,has everything what you need inside.it is exactly as described in the ad. big rooms, clean and perfect for family stay. if we come back-definitely its a place to choose. location was also good-nearby the things that we wanted to see/visit if i need to call out something(it would be really hard) it would be air conditioning. we came on really hot days (38degrees) and it was hot inside.
