• Ivik Škrdlantů (9/5): Ideální ubytování pro rodiny s dětmi a výlety po jižních Čechách - Skvělé ubytování pro rodiny s dětmi v klidné lokalitě. Výborná dostupnost autobusem do Český Krumlov i České Budějovice, v okolí potraviny i příjemné občerstvení. Počasí nám přálo a syn ocenil možnost zahrát si na dvorku s míčem. Pobyt jsme si moc užili.
• Ekhtsibar (10/5): - We stayed here during a business trip with colleagues, and everyone was very satisfied. The apartment is cozy, modern, and very comfortable, located only 10 minutes from České Budějovice in a quiet and beautiful town. You can really see that everything was made with care and attention to detail. The place felt warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money. There is also a nice barbecue area. We asked the hostess for an iron, and she brought it the very same day, which we really appreciated. 100% recommended! The only small issue was with closing the gate — sometimes the key got stuck and was difficult to turn. Other than that, everything was great.

• Lubomír (10/5): - Velmi prostorný, dobře vybavený apartmán. Snadno se vejde i větší rodina. Parkování u domu nebo přímo ve dvoře. Vynikající, klidná lokalita - skvělé výchozí místo pro výlety po okolí. Základní občanská vybavenost i v obci (obchod, bistro, hospůdky, dětské hřiště,..). Výborná komunikace s majiteli.

• Alena (10/5): - Ubytování a prostředí opravdu krásné. Hodně se nám líbila lokalita, klidné domácí prostředí a kousek autem do centra.

• Gabriela (8/5): Celkovo hodnotim ubytovanie velmi pozitivne. - Pacilo sa mi, ako majitelia vylepsili nehnutelnost, museli do toho investovat vela hodin prace. Celkovo hodnotim ubytovanie pozitivne, v spolocnej kuchynoobyvacke bolo okrem sofy aj jednolozko, v samostatnej izbe manzelska postel a v dalsej izbe 3 jednolozka. Ubytovanie bolo priestorne, akurat vykurene, mozno by sa zislo viac tanierov a priborov, ale nam trom stacili. matrac manzelskej postele bola vylezana (ostatne som neskusala, ale brat sa na jeho jednolozko nestazoval). Ked si chceli chlapi uvarit kavu na varnej doske v hlinikovom kavovare, vybilo poistky (to sa rychlo napravilo). Sprchovy kut nebol pristupny (ale nevadi, dalo sa osprchovat vo vani).

• Alfred (7/5): Prima voor op doorreis, maar zou er voor meerdere dagen niet weer naar toe gaan - Ruime woonkamer, twee slaapkamers, zitje buiten, auto onder carport op eigen erf, zeer rustig Matrassen hoofdslaapkamer doorgezakt, je ligt in een kuil, de memoryfoam topping verhelpt dit niet Bij Uitschuiven vaatwasser rek komt afdichtingsrubber los. Als je niet zo technisch bent duw je het niet terug op z’n plaats. Getracht is dit waarschijnlijk met lijm te verhelpen, werkt echter niet. De Douche is afgesloten, zo te zien al sinds enige tijd, blijkbaar wordt aan snelle reparatie geen aandacht geschonken. Douchen moet nu in de badkuip…zonder douchkophouder. Kortom, je staat constant met de sproeikop in je handen. Hygiëne kan iets beter. Aangekoekt rooster in de oven , pannen duidelijk vaak gebruikt met etens-schroeiplekjes, peper/zoutstel te vies om aan te pakken

• Tomáš (9/5): - Fajn lokalita. Klidná, ale dobře přístupná, do Budějovic je to kousek a s parkováním hned před domem. Apartmán hezký, čistý, prostorný s veškerým potřebným vybavením. Možná bychom uvítali trochu víc úložných prostor. Hlavně poliček. Škoda byla i že nefungoval sprchový kout a vana je bez zástěny. A nakonec bych uvítal trochu pevnější matrace, ale to je spíš o osobní preferenci.

• MICHAELA (9/5): - Pohodlný a prostorný apartmán, snadný check in i parkování. Celkově spokojenost. Některé postele uz nejsou moc pohodlne... a byli bychom ocenili něco na přípravu kávy, ale poradili jsme si i s turkem nebo rozpustnou.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic Big apartment just 10 min from Czeskie Budziejowice. Large open plan living room with dining and kitchen. Large tv, broadband and comfy sofa, fully equipped kitchen. 2 good size bedrooms and bathroom. There is 5th bed single in the living Room. Very warm and comfortable. Great value for money. I fully recommend this place fot up to 5 people.modern and comfortable apartment. Place outside for bbq or for kids to play. 100% recomended. It was impossible to close the gate, key was stuck, not turning. Other than this perfect.

Very fresh and modern design, parking place in front of the house, short distance to supermarket, comfortable bedrooms, kitchen equipped with all necessary stuff There is nothing here to mention :)
• Yuki (7/5): Staff is great!! - The staff was very kindly!! And the room is very large and has parking area. I have two things to say. Although it looks clean at first glance, it was not clean overall for a nervous person, and the bath mat in the bathroom was desirable. Also there was no hair dryer we need.

• Serhii (7/5): Good - Big living area, there is possibility to park car in the yard, comfortable beds, fresh towels and cleanness everywhere. It was impossible to sleep in the bedroom, because the water flowing loudly through the pipes inside the wall. On the second floor of the house live people and they are very loud. We were pushed to get up early in the morning. Also was hard to open the box with keys and due to there was no owner, you need to have the exact amount of money, because no one will give you change.
• Hakan (10/5): Recommended for families. - We stayed one night in this apartment on our way to Prague. The location is very quiet. The apartment was very clean, with free parking space for car in the garden. Although we stayed only one night we enjoyed the place. Recommended for families.
