• Manfred (6/5): Bei mehr Sauberkeit eine wirklich tolle Wohnung! - Schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse, super Lage (z.B. 3 Minuten zu Fuss zum Pfalztheater). Terassenmöbel schmutzig, Treppe zur Terrasse sehr schmutzig. Im oberen Schlafzimmer alle Geräusche von unten, laut, klar und deutlich zu hören. Waschbecken im Bad hat mehrere Haarrisse.

• Alin Katharina (7/5): Im ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top! Ebenso ist die Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und das Wasser beim Duschen im Wechsel warm und kalt.

• James (9/5): - It has all one needs such a kitchen and its proximity to the cited center. Truly a great remarkable place and I highly recommend it. All is wonderful!

• Janine (10/5): Heerlijk appartement waar je fijn kan relaxen, en vlak naast de deur heerlijk kan eten. - Mooi groot appartement, verzorgd ingericht, schoon, attente dingen als 2 soorten zeep in badkamer en tafel mooi gedekt voor 2 personen. Een privé parkeerplaats. En het appartement ligt vlak aan winkelstraat waar ook allerlei restaurantjes zijn. Niets, het was uitstekend.

• mihaela (1/5): Cazare de nota zero - Este cea mai mare dezamăgire pe care am trăit-o în ceea ce privește o locație de cazare. Am ajuns foarte târziu. Eram foarte obosite si la locație, în curtea interioara era întuneric beznă si se afla o persoana ( sau mai multe ) în stare de ebrietate sau sub influenta drogurilor. Ne-am speriat si l-am sunat pe proprietar si acesta ne-a spus ca ar trebui sa ignorăm acest fapt si să intrăm pe acolo. L-am rugat să sune la politie sau să vină la locație, să ne faciliteze accesul la apartament, dar a refuzat si chiar ne-a vorbit urât. Am fost nevoiți să căutăm noaptea cazare la un hotel din apropiere, deși plătisem apartamentul. A refuzat să ne restituie banii, deși a fost imposibil ca niște persoane de sex feminin să riște să între intr-o incintă nelimitată, de unde se auzeau urletele unui ( unor ) boschetari. Nici măcar zero nu merită la rating, pentru lipsa de respect si pentru pericolul la care îi supune pe cei care închiriază un apartament.
• Ammar (10/5): - It was a great experience coming here, the apartment was clean, cozy and most importantly near Stadtmitte, so everything was in easy access, overall the room and living room was good but balcony was something that made it 10/10, perfect for four persons I might add! 🙂‍↕️

• Stefano C. (10/5): Nice place rich in services - The apartment is walking distance to the city center and to the main services. Having the garage is a plus in a city with parking shortage.
• Andre (7/5): Insgesamt gut. - Super Lage, Sauberkeit und Ordnung gut. Eins der beiden Betten ist sehr schmal, sodass es für zwei Erwachsene wirklich kuschelig wird. Das ist einfach zu klein für zwei Erwachsene.

• Silke (7/5): - Es war in Ordnung,wir hatten 2 Wohnungen,da wir zu 12 waren. Somit mussten wir bisschen rangieren,das wir uns zusammen aufhalten konnten. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein altes Pad drin. Untern Dach wo 2 Schlafcouchen standen war unten drunter einige Dinge von vorbesitzern gelegen.

• Javier (9/5): Centrally located apartment, very close to the pedestrian zone. - Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Centrally located in downtown Kaiserslautern with its own parking spot inside a closed garage. The pedestrian zone is only a few meters away.

• Christopher (8/5): We had an excellent stay at the Kaiserslautern Apartment and look forward to staying there again in the future. - The property is spacious and lets in a lot of natural light thanks to its many windows. The bathroom is an excellent size and is modern in its design. It is in a fantastic location, just a two minute walk from many bars and restaurants. The sofa beds in the living room are not the most comfortable and do not come with suitable pillows for sleeping on.
• Mark (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay in this cool penthouse! - There was plenty space in the apartment having two floors and the bedrooms were excellent. Perhaps there could have been another sofa and armchair downstairs in the kitchen-dining room to watch the TV there comfortably as there was plenty space.

• Robyn (4/5): If you plan to party all night long, this might be the place for you. - The location was good. There were enough beds. Parking spot. The apartment and bath towels smelled like smoke. The floors were extremely squeaky. The furnishings were odd (GIANT SPEAKERS?) and seemed like an afterthought. Light from the stairwell shines into the main bedroom through two glass doors at all hours. Other people in the building were very loud at all hours of the night. The location is convenient to downtown, but also adjacent to a party street. Yelling and music could be heard all night. We had someone yell at us from the street telling us to open the door because her daughter was inside (she was not in our apartment). There was a pod coffee maker, but no supplies. No soap in the shower. Parking spot is difficult to get in and out of, and there may be someone parked there.

I will stay here again: - Great location and beautiful inside plus had a full kitchen There were only 2 knives that were not sharp. I almost bought knives to leave myself and the bed was a little uncomfortable just from the plot in the middle. It was hard to share with someone else

But ear plugs are recommended! - The apartment has good essentials: it was clean, centrally locate, easy to enter and comes with a free parking space. In addition, the living room was very spacious and everything that we might have needed was provided (plenty of towels, linens, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker) There was quite some noise on the street, which was as loud in the apartment as if you would have been outside yourself, so bring earplugs! Also, the beautiful hardwood floors were so squeaky that you couldn't understand each other talk if somebody was walking on the floor. Furthermore, the apartment had some broken elements, such as broken floor tiles in the kitchen and window blinds that couldn't be closed/opened properly.

• Marnie (7/5): Could have been amazing if there were hot water. - The property was amazing — very large, cool mixture of old and new, and an amazing location. Although this was an awesome property in an amazing location, our stay was overshadowed by the fact that there was no hot water. We may have been able to suffer a cold shower ourselves, but we were traveling with a 1- and 3-year old who desperately needed a bath. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was no shampoo or bath soap available either.

• Olivia (8/5): Great location with horrible internet and pretty clean conditions! - It located in an amazing space. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of downtown Kaiserslautern. It was also amazing not having to worry bout a parking space in the busy area downtown. Lastly, host was amazing with no complaints and instructions to get into apartment was very easy to follow! The internet is absolutely terrible. It was constantly in and out. It worked sometimes and other times you’d have to wait for it to show up again. Also, the last night the people across the hall seem to be having a party during the night and huge arguments in the early morning.
