• Mira (10/5): Great place to stay in Lech! - We really enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable room with basic cooking facilities and the highlight was a dishwasher too. Lovely sauna and steam room and friendly staff. The location is great too- 2 min walk to the bus stop. We liked everything!

• Bruno (9/5): Ein sehr entspannter Kurzurlaub in toller Umgebung bei freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Menschen. - Wir sind morgens angereist und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Auto konnten wir gleich auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen, sind mit dem Skibus (Haltestelle ca. 50 m entfernt) ins Zentrum Lech gefahren und sind tagsüber Ski gefahren. Nachmittags sind wir wieder mit dem Bus zurück gefahren und haben unsere Unterkunft bezogen. Alles war sehr einfach, unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen. Alles prima.

• Lennart (10/5): Schöne, zentrale Appartments in Lech mit Sauna - Die Appartments sind sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf den Lech und nah am Ortskern. Die Skilifte gut zu erreichen, entweder zu Fuß oder eine Station mit dem Bus zum Schlosskopf Lift. Apartments gemütlich und sehr sauber. Gemütliche Sauna (finnisch und Dampfbad), es standen verschiedene Aufgüsse bereit zwischen denen man wählen konnte. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von Lilleth, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und kommen gerne wieder! -

• Columbus (10/5): Fantastic find and incredible value, would absolutely stay again - Absolutely perfect place to stay in Lech, great location for quick ski bus to town and lifts and beautiful views from balconies. The rooms were lovely and very high standard, and the sauna was also fantastic but what really made it was how wonderful and friendly the staff were. They moved us to a larger room for free and were always ready to help with anything we needed and were a delight to chat with, Lillet especially!

We arrived early - but was allowed entry and was able to change clothes and deposit our luggage before going skiing. Same service - when we left - nice. Nice sauna area. Also a nice view from the room. Of course - it would have been nice if you could ski out/in - but we knew before arrival, that this was not an option - and it is only a minor walk to the bus or nearest lift. The missing oven/microwave was fixed without any problems.

• Hedviga (10/5): We are already planning to return for next year's skiing trip. - The accommodation was very comfortable. Bright apartment with a stunning view of the mountains. The kitchen was just right. We didn't miss anything. We used the option to order fresh pastries for breakfast almost every day and it was excellent. The wellness area is a little smaĺl, bit it was almost always free. A nice bonus to the apartment. Room cleaning was every day except Wednesday. The ski bus stop a few steps from the apartment house and the buses ran every 10 minutes. We had a ski room right across from the apartment, which was very convenient for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great mattresses. We slept better than at home.

• Steve (10/5): Fantastic location in peaceful haven just mins from skibus - Very beautiful location looking out over the river to mountains and forest. First time we had gone for self catered cooking facilities and it couldn't have been more convenient or comfortable giving us more time skiing. Regular ski bus a very short walk to main road and various pretty snowy walks into and around Lech town which is only 20 mins max. Our hosts were wonderful and helpful - the room itself was big, spotless and plenty of hot running water. And bread & croissants delivered in at 7am!! Highly recommended. Nothing not to like but be aware that your are on the peaceful outskirts so likely to utilise the ski bus.

• Thomas (9/5): We LOVED it! Great value for money in an expensive resort. We will come back. - Fantastic location with a beautiful view from our apartment. The free bus stopped just a few steps from the chalet that took us into the centre of lech and the ski lifts. It’s only a 10 minute walk on the occasions we chose to walk. The apartment was cleaned every day (except Wednesday) to an exceptional standard. We did not expect this and it was wonderful. Across from our room was the spa which had a steam room, sauna and luxurious spa shower. Such a treat at the end of the day. Daily bread deliver was great for our breakfast. We didn’t have an oven which meant that cooking required a bit more thought. (There was an hob, fridge, kettle and espresso machine). However we realised at the end of the stay that we could’ve had a portable oven placed in the apartment. We’ll ask for this next time. The pillows were completely flat and should be upgraded or 2 pillows per bed supplied.

We were delighted with the relaxation area, after skiing it was good to take advantage of the sauna and steam bath and relax on deck chairs. The skibus stop was just a 2 minute walk. The Arlberg ski region is amazing.

• Lucy (9/5): Friendly, excellent value for money accommodation on the edge of Lech village - Comfortable, clean, self catering accommodation at the edge of Lech village. We were upgraded to a larger room than the studio we’d booked, which had loads of space. Everyone at the property very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t keen on the pillows for the first night, but they very easily found us alternatives for the rest of our stay.
• Fe (10/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we will likely stay again and highly recommend. - Chalet Schneekristall was a very nice chalet, neat, and clean with a nice mountain view. The host were very nice and friendly that they even upgrade our room, which was beyond my expectations. Their sauna and steam room was very nice and clean. The location were great with many things nearby; restaurants, grocery store, ski lift, and shopping. Getting to the location was easy with Google maps, checking-in, and getting the room key was easy as well. We did not booked with breakfast, but our room had a kitchenette with a complete cooking tools that allows us to prepare a quick breakfast. You can also order breakfast.

We didn't try the breakfast as we were self catering. The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything we needed to cook family evening meals. The view from our window was beautiful, host friendly and helpful. Thank you for the little touches like biscuits, toiletries in the bathroom and sauna, and for tidying the rooms each day. It was possible to walk into town but more convenient to get the ski bus when we were in ski boots, and only a short walk to the main road for that. Buses were frequent. We were very happy, thank you.

• Jacek (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable appartment, plenty of space, nice bathroom with big bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen, everything is very clean and well-maintained. Nearest lift is either 7 minutes walk or just a moment with a free ski bus that runs every 10 minutes. It's also walking distance to the town centre. The sauna area, which was just opposite our appartment, was also very tidy and the sauna was well heated. The host was very friendly. Overall we had great time.
• Ernst (10/5): We had an excellent stay with the family at Chalet Schneekristall, it is an amazing place. - Miss Barbara is very kind and helpful with anything we needed or asked. We were very well received and our stay was just great. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency and she was also very helpful with facilitating our unplanned earlier departure.
