A limpeza do apartamento foi péssima, e os equipamentos de limpeza em péssimas condições. Além disso, a geladeira não estava funcionando. Aí tinha que gelar as bebidas colocando no freezer. Não voltaria.

A localização é excelente, em torno de 2 minutos do mar. Maravilhoso! Próximo ao supermercado, praça, lanchonetes... Estava tudo limpo, porém, poderiam ter tido cuidado com a limpeza mais detalhada dos fornos e ralos das pias (valor da limpeza já incluso no valor do aluguel). Nós que acabamos limpando pois precisamos utilizar. Somos bem chatos com limpeza!! A geladeira não gela na parte de baixo, somente o congelador (estavam em movimentos para realizar a limpeza ou troca). No mais, tudo ótimo!
