• Andrew (4/5): Gute Lage und angenehme Ruhe, jedoch entspricht der Zustand nicht ganz den Erwartungen. - Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre hervorragende Lage mit kurzer Distanz zu Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Gleichzeitig ist die Umgebung angenehm ruhig, was einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglicht. Die Porteiros waren zudem äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zwischen den Fotos in der Anzeige und dem tatsächlichen Zustand vor Ort scheinen viele Jahre zu liegen. Eine grundlegende Renovierung wäre aus unserer Sicht sinnvoll – die Wohnung könnte einen neuen Anstrich gut vertragen, um dem Anspruch eines gewissen Luxus wieder gerecht zu werden. Vielleicht waren unsere Ansprüche in manchen Punkten auch etwas höher, und vieles ist sicherlich Ansichtssache.

• Oxanna (10/5): - A perfect apartment from which to discover Rio. Well located a 5 minute walk from Copacabana, with 2 huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Finding something so spacious with such accommodating staff will make your stay a breeze! Nothing :)

• Ariane (9/5): - L emplacement L organisation trés simple pour les clés Les 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Lits confortables. La climatisation Manque gel douche et papier essuie tout. Les portes mériteraient un coup de propre. Cependant tout cela reste des détails pour améliorer l experience.

• Lercy (8/5): - La ubicación. Está a 2 cuadras de la playa de Leme. Había cosas que no funcionaban bien. A la cocina le faltaba porencia, especialmente al horno. El secador de pelo es otro detalle a mejorar

• Osvaldo Daniel (9/5): Todo depende de con quien estes. - Me parecio un departamento muy prolijo y super limpio. Tiene lo necesario para quedarte a vivir. Muy cerca de la playa y con dos supermercados a 100 metros El edificio no tiene la calidad del departamento, le falta una muy buena lavada de cara, diría que le resta valor al departamento, esta muy venido a menos. Dicho esto aclaro, volveria.
• Jereelyf Cardona (10/5): Todo una maravilla!! - El anfitrión es muy amable, estuvo muy pendiente a cualquier duda que tuviéramos y contestaba rápido cuando le preguntábamos algo, el lugar es muy cómodo y muy lindo! Queda cerca a la playa y hay mucho comercio por ahí cerca.

• Mario (7/5): - Die Wohnung liegt nahe zum Strand. Das Interieur ist leicht abgenutzt. Die Abdeckungen der Steckdosen sind immer wieder abgefallen.
• Priscila (10/5): Voltaria com certeza. - Apartamento bonito, grande, bem decorado, confortável, limpo e com ótima localização. O blackout da janela não vedava bem, então os quartos ficam claros ao amanhecer. Mas nada que um tapa olhos não resolva.

• Troiano (10/5): Amplio, cómodo y confortable. - El departamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad. Los recepcionistas han sido muy amables cuando los solicitamos. El lugar es tal cual a las fotografías, nos resultó muy cómodo y a gusto. Está muy equipado para satisfacer las necesidades de un hospedaje de vacaciones.

• Vinod (1/5): Don’t book this one. It’s awful - Nothing to like. Filthy apartment where I have difficulty in finding anything good to say. The pictures look pretty but the reality is totally different. We are very frequent travellers but we have NEVER lived in such an awful lace. I would not stay even if offered money to stay. We left a day earlier as it was impossible to live in it
• Eliot (9/5): Excellent value at a short distance from the beach and stores. - This is a spacious apartment on a quiet street in Copacabana. The location is about a 6 minute walk from the beach. It has a kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. There are room, wall mounted air conditioners in each room with remote control for each device. They worked fine. Locating the property was a bit difficult for our taxi driver who brought us from the airport. It would be helpful to have better address information and to also include the apt. number. Once we arrived, the attendant at the front desk asked for our apt. Number and we were unable to provide it.
• Marc (8/5): Very good - the location is great night life around and copacabana by walk, few minutes drives to places of interest security realy need to work on noise insulation from windows as we are in the noisy city improve a bite the equipments (pans, etc ) in the kitchen

• Chanelle (7/5): Family vacation - Great location, safe and very close to the beach. Good communication with staff for any support we needed and recommendations of things to do. Beds were comfortable. Apartment is very spacious and perfect for a family. Worth it for the price, location and safety. The apartment is good enough. The bathrooms could be cleaner, some mould around. Mould inside the washing machine so did not use. The neighbour had a dog that barked most nights so if you are a light sleeper this could be difficult.

• Bobby (10/5): Exceptional apartment and amazing location - An exceptional apartment perfectly located just around the corner from the beach and centre to all amenities yet in a quiet neighbour hood, the perfect location in my opinion. The area is very safe and the locals are very kind and welcoming. Guilherme was extremely attentive and ensured all was perfect for our check in and departure. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the area. We will most certainly be staying here on our next visit to copacabana.

• Jeff (9/5): Leme is a great place to be - Guilherme (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and with loads of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and buses. Well, it's not that I didn't like it, but more the case of, it could have been even better if, there were two single beds in the second bedroom instead of another double., but the kids got used to it at the end.
