• Ian Lucas (10/5): - Super recomendo esta acomodação! O apartamento é amplo, muito bem equipado e oferece excelente infraestrutura, com máquina de lavar, lava-louças e máquina de café. Os banheiros são espaçosos, e as toalhas e roupas de cama estavam impecavelmente limpas. O Gilberto nos deu todo o suporte necessário e foi extremamente atencioso durante a estadia. Tivemos apenas um pequeno problema com o sifão da pia da cozinha, que apresentou um vazamento. Após ser informado, ele prontamente nos ajudou e o problema foi resolvido em cerca de 30 minutos. Nossa experiência foi excelente. Recomendo fortemente esta acomodação e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

Apesar do prédio ser antigo - um padrão da região - o apartamento é reformado. Destaque para a presença de ar condicionado em todos os cômodos.

• Daniel (10/5): This apartment is a must stay for anyone looking for a safe and stunning base to explore the incredible city of Rio from - This properly is perfectly situated in Leblon and is reasonable proximity to the major attractions in Rio. One of the real appeals of Leblon House is its fantastic security which was a real comfort to my family. There is a round the clock doorman and all apartments are within a secure compound. Inside the place we found really well presented rooms with all the amenities you’d need to have a special stay. Well done to the host!! Nothing. We loved the place

• Agata (8/5): Great location in Leblon! - Great location in Leblon, best place to stay in Rio! Lots of restaurants around, very close to the beach. Very helpful host, also in emergency situation! Thank you! Rooms and beds are ok but I would suggest some refreshment for the bathroom. Also more towels would be great since nothing gets dry in the apartment.

• Carolina (7/5): - El apartamento es muy lindo y la ubicación es excelente. La zona muy segura y se puede ir caminando a todos lados. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, estaba rota una perilla por lo que había que bañarse con el agua muy fría o muy caliente. Lo vinieron a arreglar y se suponía que había quedado y cuando lo fuimos a usar volvimos a tener el mismo problema. Finalmente quedó solucionado. La cama de la sala de estar era sumamente incómoda.

Es war alles toll, nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wir hatten eine Wohnung für 6 Personen, aber es gab nur kleine Kochtöpfe. Ein grosser Kochtopf und 2-3 Spülmaschinentaps wären noch hilfreich gewesen.

• Delphine (10/5): Un super séjour à Rio dans un super appartement - L’appartement supérieur avec une chambre est très confortable et agréable à vivre. Les photos sont tout à fidèles. Le logement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Leblon proche de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. On peut aller facilement à pied à la magnifique plage de Leblon. L’immeuble est sécurisé avec un doorman. Je vous recommande cet appartement pour votre séjour à Rio.

• Agustina (10/5): Hermosos apartamentos en Leblon - Los apartamentos de Gilberto son hermosos, estan muy bien ubicados, cerca de la playa, bares, restaurantes y supermercado. El metro a 3 cuadras. Todo muy conveniente. Estan ambientados muy modernos y tienen todo lo que se necesita para pasar una excelente estadia. El anfitrión fue 10 puntos. Disponible en todo momento y dando sugerencias para ayudarnos a disfrutar de Rio de Janeiro. Volvería sin dudarlo!!! Todo estuvo espectacular. No hay nada negativo.

Solo detalles, la ducha del segundo baño no cerraba bien por lo que el piso estaba húmedo siempre. El microondas estaba sucio por dentro con salsa de tomate, pero el resto de la cocina todo limpio y en general buena limpieza.

• Roger (7/5): Un buon compromesso a Leblon - La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente e strategica, situata nel cuore di Leblon una delle zone più ricche e belle della città. La reception di 24 ore su 24 è stata molto confortevole e i portinai molto gentili e disponibili così come Gilberto (l’host). Viaggiando con lo zaino è stata molto utile la lavatrice. Purtroppo la struttura non l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita: gli asciugamani e le lenzuola erano macchiati così come gli armadi maleodoranti. Nonostante la prenotazione di cinque giorni la carta igienica era insufficiente per sei persone.

• Joseph (8/5): Awesome. - Amazing location. Leblon is the place to be. The host was excellent with great communication. Apartment is near many great hotspots in the area. Great restaurants and cafes. 5 minute walk to the beach in the hustle and bustle of Leblon. Grau Bakery and Academia da Cachaca are must do's. Apartment needs a little love. The main window makes it easy to hear noises from the street as it is not been renovated. Still able to sleep. I still highly recommend it.
• Marta (8/5): Good apartments in a very nice location - The apartments are really well located in Leblon, close to nice restaurants and the beach. The building has security 24h which also made us feel very safe. Gilberto was helpful and very responsive. We would recommend it! One of the beds in the small apartment is a thin mattress on the floor, which wasn’t very comfortable and made the space a bit too tight for 4 people. Besides some black bags were left on shelves of the small apartment, which didn’t cause a good first impression, but we were happy with both apartments overall and would repeat.

• Juan (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, in the safest zone in Rio. 5 minutes (or less?) walking to the beach, lot of restaurants and bars nearby, supermarkets, shopping, everything on walking distance. The apartment was really good, its with high ceiling, the bad super big and a nice living room. Its an awesome deal for its price comparing other choices. The host was great! If i go again to Rio in the future i would choice to stay in here again. The window from the bedroom could have a better sealing to avoid outside noises. Its not a big issue since overall its very quiet outside at night, but if i would change something that would be it.

The apartment was nicely decorated and worked well for the three of us. Would definitely stay there again. The kitchen is quite small but had everything to cook breakfast.

• Seema (7/5): The apartment in Leblon was enjoyable, well located, and was adequate for our needs. - The location is fantastic! It is in a very pleasant and safe area of the city, close to the beach, and with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The apartment was reasonably well equipped, quite clean, and has a nice feeling to it. The owner was very responsive. Unfortunately this is an older building with single pane glass in the windows. It means that the street noise is always filtering into the apartment. The noise level in this part of the city calms down at night, so it was okay, but once it starts beeping in the early morning it becomes noisy. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It would have been helpful if the kitchen equipment was of better quality so that it was easier to cook. The blender was more like a toy than a kitchen tool. The pots and pans are very thin, and all the cooking utensils are cheap and few. If you plan to cook it is a bit like camping. We also would have liked to have beach towels and a broom so that the sand that comes home from the beach could be more easily cleaned up.
• Nic (9/5): Excellent stay, fabulous location - We stayed at apartment 303 and it had everything we needed. The place is bright, spacious and allowed us to cook simple meals and have breakfast at home. The doormen were helpful and Gilberto, the host, was particularly attentive and communicative whenever we had questions or requests. An excellent stay. Highly recommended.

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent, right in the center of Leblon and minutes walking to the beach. The apartment was perfect for a couple. Nice kitchen with all the facilities needed and a nice living room with comfy couch and TV. It would have been great to have basic pantry items like, oil salt, sweetener as we were only there for a couple of days and it did not make much sense to buy these items for a short period of time.
