• Sheridan (8/5): A well located property, with plenty of space and great views. - Great location, views and pool. Access to the golf buggy. Decor and carpets are tired. Second bedroom bed was uncomfortable and there was little to no internet access.

• Craig (9/5): Superior Poinciana 011 Ticks Lots Of Boxes 📦 - The villa (unit) was big, modern and bright with a lovely open planned living set-up. There was everything provided that a guest could want including lots of freebies/presents and champagne. We even noted a pkt of birthday candles along with spare batteries in a draw along with manuals to everything if needed. There were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an amazing outdoor & Bbq area with numerous chairs and tables. The unit is central to everything on the island and the inclusion of a buggy made getting around a breeze. There were beautiful bush and water views with abundant wildlife from the back patio area - overall a really nice villa with plenty of nice inclusions - would highly recommend. A sticking front door made it nearly impossible to gain access at times (this should have been checked and fixed before our stay as it would have been the same problem for the previous guests). The contact details provided for maintenance issues was inaccurate so we had to spend time chasing this up with Lux Holidays. The pool was filthy and in a poor state of repair and was not inviting at all - needs to be emptied and resurfaced. We did note that the pool and surrounding area was cleaned half-way through our stay which did make it look a little better.. the unit block itself looks a little like a prison block, however for us, the benefits were clearly on the inside.

• Jana (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - Very well appointed apartment with a beautiful view, really appreciated all the extra amenities and well stocked kitchen appliances and utensils. Baby cot, high chair and even a stroller was included. Swim towels were really appreciated, and lots of space to hang wet clothes outside. Fantastic location, easy to get to the marina, catseye beach and the pools within a few minutes of driving the buggy. Wonderful and responsive customer service, the team helped us with all our airport transfers, extra requests, and even when we had a bit of trouble figuring out how to work the oven. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here, we would definitely stay here again. Just a few of the bath and kitchen towels had old stains, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
• Stacey (5/5): Noisy neighbours - Inadequate supply of shampoo conditioner and toilet paper for our 1 week stay The home needs carpets cleaned in the bedrooms and the yellow stained white lounge needs some leather cleaned there is a very noisy fan is the master bedroom that squeaks all night The buggy was appreciated however we were not informed til leaving to take photos because if any damage we are liable however we weren’t informed to take photos when we picked it up of any existing damage already there The booking company sent too many emails to the point I wanted to cancel We had neighbours “enjoying” their time drinking yelling and making their intimate moments audible to everyone evidently disturbing us as we were in the bottom of a 3 story complex Not a place I would stay again

• Louise (9/5): Superb - The air conditioner in the second bedroom was leaking and dripping all over the carpet for our whole stay. TV in the second bedroom did not work properly, there is a DVD stuck in it and could not get it out to allow us to watch DVDs.

Overall we felt really at home and welcomed. The apartment was incredibly spacious for the four of us, highly recommend this for a family stay.
