- Patricia (8/5): Great for a getaway - Perfect location
- Linden (8/5): A perfect place to rest and enjoy after exploring the area. - Beautiful views, verandah to enjoy, gorgeous garden. Nothing
- Belinda (8/5): Very good - Lovely quiet location but easy walk into town. The bbq was out of gas, suggest checking the gas bottles for expected guests.
- Jenny (10/5): Lovely quiet cottage with fabulous views. The staff were very communicative. - Beautiful location. Had everything we needed. Cottage lovely. Washing facility would halve made it perfect.
- Maria (7/5): Lovely country escape in a perfect country cottage. - It was a beautifully furnished getaway cottage. Considering limited shops in Hepburn it would be good to have on offer a few extras like cereals/ muesli in jars. A litre long life milk. So breakfast is covered. A country bread loaf with butter and jam. Would also be a nice touch. We have enjoyed these touches at other country escapes in the past and it is lovely to have these small things covered.

- Miranda (10/5): The perfect place to stay in the area and I will definitely be back again! - The property is everything you expect from the booking and is so lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. I was able to check in early and was helped by the staff with any changes to my booking. There was some areas that were lacking cleanliness - in the bathroom and the dishes in the kitchen.
We had some neighbours that weee pretty loud one night but that’s not the fault of the property - just some rude people.
- Mibenge (8/5): Gorgeous abode, perfect for weekend getaways - Very cosy and immaculate space. The greenery and views add a nice touch. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor.
- Ola (8/5): Very good -

- Irene (7/5): Good - Nice and quiet. Very quaint location. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of little bugs were on the bed during the night. The location was a little difficult to get to at night and with shared parking, we couldn't park in one night due to next door taking over the entire carport.
- Cassie (8/5): Great, highly recommend. - Good location, spacious cottage and it was very homely. The Netflix was easy to use and so was the heater. The bed was very comfortable and good location only a short drive into town. Overall it was clean, but it was a little dusty.
- Neil (8/5): pleasant and relaxing - bushland setting no instruction manuals for TV or coffee machine. could hear the attached neighbours using the spa next door at midnight
- Kate (9/5): Great spot, comfortable house, huge balcony for bird watching. Very comfortable stay. - Great little spot, tucked well away from the main road so there's only minimal noise from traffic.
Living area is a large space to really stretch out into, great balcony to sit in the sun or bird watch, a fire to cosy up into. Has everything you need for a weekend away, and plenty of extras.
Keypad entry meant for very quick and easy access to the accommodation, Accommodation had a key-pad entry, which was awesome for ease of access. Though, as a solo traveller, would have preferred to have some sort of bolt on the door for personal safety.
The outdoor furniture was soaked from the rain on the previous day. If the cushions were tucked away in a dry box, I could have used them.
