• Christel (3/5): Het had zoveel beter gekund! - Locatie . Heb zelf op de Sonnenalm gewoond en verhuurd maar door dit soort van verhuur krijgt de Sonnenalm een slechte naam. Er zijn echt 10x betere verhuuropjecten te huur. Het appartement wordt niet onderhouden. Luxaflex welke niet omhoog kan.. Matras smoezelig. Kussens flubberig. Eetkamer Stoelen waar vieze hoezen op zitten en bijna uit elkaar vallen. Een soort van slaapbank waar niet op te zitten is Laminaatvloer in badkamer welke loslaat. Kastje in gang waar de knopjes van laadjes er los bij zijn. Douchekop zonder haakje en zo scherp van plastic dat je hand zeer doet. Geen wijnglas geen oventje voor een broodje te bakken geen tv geen wifi. Kunnen 3 personen volgens beschrijving in....1 stoel op het terras.

• Vilda (8/5): Very good - Upper bed had one segment broken - was not comfortable. It would be good to have a bit more space to dry clothes after sport.
• Nicole (5/5): Passable - Apartment is clean and it's equipment is enough for two people, you can find there the basic for shorter stay, although adding washing machine would be nice. Location is very good, in a quiet building, near the main road to Bad Ischl, Hallstatt etc. We were dissapointed by the owner's behaviour. First there were surprising additional information for the stay after booking the stay. I don't understand why the cleaning is not included in the price. You either have to clean yourself or pay 40 € more. It's the first time I met with a condition like this. Also the time of leaving at 9 am at max. with the message that if you are seen there after 9, you pay for one more day is really strange... What made me upset the most though was situation, when we found the key box empty after we came. It took 1 hour of waiting and trying to call to the landlord. Fortunately a neighbour with spare keys was in the building, so after the call it was solved quickly. The owner didn't compensate this error in any way and didn't even reply to my question about it. So to summarize it - it's a quite nice and cheaper apartment but with significant drawbacks.
• Nataly (5/5): Passable - Fast self check-in. Parking. upset. Just after I made a non refundable reservation, I received a message that I have to pay an additional fee for the bed sheet set, towels, and for cleaning. Or bring my own bed sheets, towels, and clean by myself before leaving. Those terms had to have been showed in the terms and conditions before the reservation is made. The landlord and booking.com are responsible for publishing the complete information and then the customer can decide if they accept all the terms and conditions.
• Dalibor (5/5): Passable - Location, cleanliness. Detailed instructions by host. Check-out time 9:00 is too early, when you are oblliged to clean the appartment before leaving. Host did not respond to questions. The building has an elevator, but it does not go to the floor level, you have to take a few stairs more. Some info inside the appartment (skibus timetable, wifi login) is outdated, and so is some of the equipment (folding couch does not fold, electric kettle's lid is broken, window blinds cannot be moved up and down).
• Dusan (7/5): Good - Good location. Everything that you need for few day is there.
• Pankaj (6/5): we booked only due to low cost. - low cost. nice location. - We need to clean apartment after leaving. - Owner instruction is like ordering ( instate of requesting ). - Owner threating of Monetary Penalty. - Strange checkin and checkout time. Also we were feeling threating after the reading instruction of checkout. ( Departure no later than 09:009. If caught after 09:00, an extra day will be charged.) - You need to bring your own bedsheet and towel. - The instruction was in German. After translating, it was saying your apartment is different location and your key collection is at different location. BUT the key collection(box) was in front of apartment. We went to different location with apartment number and used 30min to 1 hour to get in the apartment. - The instruction was not clear where to Discard trash. ( we need to carry trash in car and discard at petrol station )
• Dominika (5/5): Passable - Good location additional fees for towels, sheets and cleaning, which were not announced on the booking. therefore the price did not match the one offered through booking.
• Thi (8/5): Very good - The flat and the view are nice! Check out is too early (9am!) and too little warm water. We ran out of warm water after too people having (quick) shower.
• Miroslava (8/5): Very good - nice apartement in good location for skiing additional fees for towels, sheets and cleaning, which were not announced on the booking. therefore the price did not match the one offered through booking
• Andras (3/5): Poor - The location and the price is good, but that's all. It is supposed to be a non smoking flat but is stinks of cigarette smoke. It is really very strong and unpleasant. You should read the small print very carefully: no wifi, no microwave in the kitchen, you have to pay a lot if you don't bring your own towels, bed linen, or if you don't do yourself the cleaning.
• Balázs (8/5): Very good - Everything was in order with the apartment itself, it was just as expected. We only received 3 blankets, even though I booked for 4 people. I wrote my complaints to the host and he just said they don’t have access to the basement. So one of us had to sleep with just the sheet we brought.

• Ksergm (9/5): Superb - The room was perfect for 3 persons, but the 4th place on sofa was not comfortable. We had everything we need. Nice view, calm place, supermarket in 5 min driving. Very clean. Check in was complicated - first we could not reach by phone the person as was instructed and then the person didn't speak any English. Sofa was not comfortable to sleep.
