• Daniel (10/5): - Wir durften wundervolle Tage hier verbringen. Alfredo hat immer sofort bei Fragen reagiert. Das Apartment ist perfekt gelegen, super ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns auch sehr sicher. War Top, wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

• Eduardo (7/5): Vale la pena pagarlo por la ubicación y lo que tiene cerca - Está súper bien ubicado, cerca de 2 estaciones del metro. A 2 cuadras de la playa de Ipanema y rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes, cafés, estaciones de bicicleta, etc. No hay shampoo, no hay jabón de ducha, no hay jabón para lavarse las manos. El refrigerador huele mal. No te dejan ni una botella con agua. En la sala no hay aire acondicionado. Los detalles hacen la gran diferencia.
• MARIA EUGENIA (9/5): Departamento cómodo, amplio y muy bien ubicado en Ipanema - El departamento de Alfredo es amplio, está muy bien ubicado y súper equipado. Es muy cómodo. El sol entra por el balcón de mañana y es muy agradable. Reservamos a última hora y él nos ayudó para entrar rápidamente. El edificio tiene porteros 24hs, muy amables. Hay de todo cerca. A dos cuadras de la playa. No se puede pedir más. Es silencioso el dormitorio, bueno colchón. Se podría mejorar un poco el mantenimiento y la limpieza, porque el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, para darle puntaje 10
• Edoardo (10/5): Great stay in Ipanema ! - Everything was perfect. The host was extremely helpfull and willing to accomodate our requests. The apartment is tidy and clean. The building is safe and security in 24/7.
• Alexey (3/5): - Location Unfortunately, it was very dirty: there were hairs everywhere: on the floor, on the countertop, on the kitchen appliances. There was a bad smell in the apartment, from the refrigerator. The furniture was worn-out furniture. And the most terrible thing was that we noticed cockroaches!

• Gunnar (8/5): Very good - Great little place! Well equipped and comfortable, very convenient for bars and cafes in the neighborhood. Very efficient washing machine! Front door and lock are very flimsy and should be replaced for safety. Building is showing it's age.

Kitchen and washing mashing in the appartment which is great and kitchen was good equipped. Enough linen and towels for everyone. One of the futons is pretty uncomfortable and the matress is a bit hard from the bed but some people like that.

• Raphael (10/5): Gem of a flat with parking space and superb location - EVERYTHING about the flat was awesome! The location was central, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and a few blocks from the beach. The building where the flat is, had friendly and helpful staff, parking facilities and a swimming pool( good for the little one). The flat itself was modern and recently redecorated, clean, big balcony with chair and sofa, 2 double size sofa beds and a big double size bed in the bedroom, HOT shower (love it). It suited 4 adults a child perfectly! The flat owner was super helpful and friendly too! We will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future!
