(4/5): Der Teufel liegt im Detail - Sehr gute Lage zum Schibus und im Ortskern mit guter Infrastruktur und Lichterpfad, geräumiger Koch-Ess-Aufenthaltsraum, Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufbewahrung vor und nach dem Aufenthalt, gute Küchenausstattung, ruhige Lage. Einchecken war erst eine Stunde später möglich, ohne Vorinformation durch den Vermieter.
1 Schlafzimmer sehr verschimmelt und deshalb nicht benutzbar (siehe Fotos; vermutlich wegen Gipsputz auf alten Wänden), das führte dazu, dass wir auch 2 sehr grosse Personen in den nur 1,90 m kurzen und vorne und hinten verschlossenen Stockbetten schlafen mussten mit Sprossen der Stockleiter , die sehr klein und hart sind. Im größeren Bad sehr schlecht befestigte Holzwandverkleidung.
Schistall hat keine Schischuhbeheizung.
Angesichts dieser Mängel zu hoher Preis.

- Norbert (7/5): Wir haben uns gut erholt und werden bei Gelegenheit gern wiederkommen. - Vom Balkon aus gab es eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama. Sehr großer Balkon mit Gasgrill und eigenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Große Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, perfekt für uns und einem oder zwei größeren Kindern oder einem weiteren Pärchen. Bäcker in fünf Minuten erreichbar und sieben Tage in der Woche geöffnet. Er bietet auch selber Frühstück an. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass eine Couch vorhanden war und wir nicht nur auf "harten" Stühlen oder Bänken sitzen mussten. Schönes Freibad, in der Gästekarte kostenlos enthalten. Die Gästekarte enthält noch einige freie Bergbahnen und andere Rabatte. Die haben wir gut genutzt. Der Gastgeber war für uns immer erreichbar. Nicht gefallen, kann man so nicht sagen. Das Parken hinterm Haus war an wenigen Tagen erschöpft, da bei den großen Wohnungen (mehrere Schlafzimmer) die Gäste auch mit mehreren Autos anreisten. Ein Ausweichen neben der Straße vor dem Haus war möglich.

- CAMEL1972 (9/5): Appartement très agréable, bien situé au calme, avec des activités proches. Service irréprochable. - L'appartement est très beau et agréable avec sa grande terrasse. La vue de la terrasse sur les montagnes est très belle. La pièce principale est comme sur les photos, grande et très confortable. L'appartement est calme et bien situé au milieu du village. On peut aller à pied jusqu'aux télécabines, à la piscine ou au supermarché. En plus avec la summer card fournie avec la location, beaucoup d'activités sont gratuites. Oliver, notre hôte était toujours disponible et réactif dès que nous avions un souci ou une question. De plus la région est très belle et il y a beaucoup à faire tout autour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L'appartement est vraiment très agréable mais nous avons regretté l'absence de stores sur les velux des chambres car nous étions réveillés très tôt à cause de la lumière, mais aussi de rideaux thermiques dans la pièce principale car le soleil entre tout l'après-midi et il peut y faire très chaud. La terrasse étant donc ensoleillée une grosse partie de la journée, l'absence de parasol nous a empêché de profiter de la terrasse pour le déjeuner par exemple car il a fait très chaud quand nous y étions.

- Veronika (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The apartment for 6 people was really spacious and comfortable. Likewise, the terrace was great and we enjoyed barbecuing with wonderful views. The apartment is well equipped, even with so many people we never had a shortage of dishes. The apartment is in a perfect location, the village is beautiful. There are pleasant pubs, a bakery and a supermarket within walking distance. The biggest thanks goes to the owner. Mr. Oliver was in touch with us throughout our stay. He was very kind, helpful and caring. Thank you, we would love to come back! We don't know of anything we don't like.

- Julie (7/5): Good - The location is perfect, within walking distance from the slopes but one can also take a ski bus, the bus stop is within 2 minutes walk. There is a large Billa supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and cafes. The bakery is around the corner.
This is an old house which is really nicely decorated. The apartment we lived it was very large, with 3 sleeping rooms; the beds are comfortable. We didn't hear any noise at all, neither from the street, even though we slept with open windows. The shower was clean, everything functioned as it should.
The kitchen is equipped well. There was no microwave which was a pity but we used the stove. We lived in an apartment on the ground floor and when people above us were taking shower the water was pouring from our ceiling. When we called the owner, we figured out that he had been aware of the problem. His solution was to go and talk to the guests living above us, asking them to secure the shower doors are closed when they were taking the shower. Probably, there is nothing that can be done with it, as the house has wooden partition beams between the floors, so if the water is on the floor on the 1st floor it will eventually get to the ceiling of the ground floor. My suggestion is at least to put a warning sign in the bathroom, something like "Please make sure the shower doors are closed, as the water from the floor can leak into the apartment below you".
While the kitchen was well-equipped in terms of the appliances and dishes, it would be good to find at least salt and pepper, some frying oil and a couple of coffee machine capsules. While most of the things can be easily bought, we believe that when you are staying short-term it doesn't really make sense to buy everything. There was absolutely nothing for cooking, just the salt!
In February 2024, the lights outside of the hourse didn't function which was quite problematic during the dark mornings and evenings, I would say even dangerous when walking in ski boots and with ski equipment upstairs to enter the hourse. From what we saw, these were lights with movement sensors, so either the sensors didn't function or the light bulbs had to be changed.

Many restaurants and Kegelbahn (bowling) in the direct vicinity.
Very sympathetic landlord. We were also given the opportunity for a late check out.
Separate room for ski and shoe storage.
We had the first floor apartment with a great south Terrasse. Nothing really.
Suggestion: a 2nd flat key could be appreciated for larger groups.

Living room with a huge table is perfect for playing board games or have a dinner together, suitable for a group of friends. The owner is very kind and helpful, explained everything during a phone call before our arrival. Can fully recommend it.
