Kontaktloser Check-in hat wunderbar funktioniert - alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen und sehr gemütlichen Aufenthalt! Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und dort gab es keine Terrasse (in den oberen Stockwerken gab es Balkone) - nach der Sauna wäre eine kurze Abkühlung draußen angenehm gewesen, das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau! Die Matratze war nach unserem Geschmack etwas zu weich.

• Afik (8/5): - Great location. The sauna works perfectly, which is a big plus. The kitchen is very good, and the ski bus stops right in front of the facility, which is extremely convenient. The noise insulation is very poor. We paid extra for what was described as a better studio, but we were not informed that the room is located on the ground floor directly in front of the main entrance. The studio door does not even fully reach the floor, and the walls provide almost no sound insulation. As a result, expect significant noise from guests entering and leaving the property, doors slamming, and people walking in ski boots from around 7:00 a.m. In addition, the €23 linen fee was listed separately in small print, which felt misleading. It would be much more transparent to include this cost in the total price upfront, without surprises at check-in. The fee was charged on arrival, yet some of the towels were not clean, which made the extra charge feel unjustified. The shower head and sink could also use maintenance.

• Thomas Michael Joachim (8/5): Schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft für Frühaufsteher - Sehr schöne und sehr gut eingerichtete FeWo (inkl. Sauna) nur wenige Hundert Meter von der Talstation Hauser Kaibling entfernt. Modern-rustikal mit viel Holz und alpenländischer Atmosphäre. Sehr sauber, technische Ausstattung einwandfrei. FeWo direkt im Ort an der Skibushaltestelle gelegen. Kommunikation mit Verwalter schnell, freundlich, problemlos. Parkplatzsituation: Wenn das Apartmenthaus ausgebucht ist (10 FeWos), reichen die zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplätze nicht aus, denn die Gäste einer FeWo reisen - je nach Größe der FeWo nicht nur mit einem Fahrzeug an. Parkplätze sind dem jeweiligen Apartment nicht fest zugewiesen; ein weiterer Parkplatz kostet € 7,50 p.T. zusätzlich, ohne dass eine jederzeitige Verfügbarkeit gewährleistet werden kann (den letzten "beißen" die Hunde); "freies" Parken in der Nähe der Unterkunft nicht möglich. Verkehrssituation: Wenn man nicht bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen kann, ist die "Nacht" spätestens um 6:30 Uhr vorbei. Das Apartmenthaus liegt an der Hauptkreuzung des Ortes; der tägliche Straßenverkehr (PKWs, Busse, LKWs, Landmaschinen, etc.) dieses dann doch nicht mehr so verschlafenen Örtchens setzt um diese Zeit ein. Wohnungsausstattung - Schlafzimmer: Für unseren Geschmack könnten die beiden Schlafzimmer jeweils einen Spiegel vertragen, in denen man sich komplett sehen kann. Auch würden zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeit sowie ein paar Kleiderhaken auf der Innenseite der Türen den Komfort der Schlafzimmer erhöhen. Wohnungsausstattung - Küche: Als Manko betrachteten wir das Fehlen eines klassischen Backofens. Es gibt zwar eine Art Mikrowelle mit Grill- und Backfunktion, die jedoch relativ unbrauchbar ist, wenn 4 Personen Gegrilltes oder Gebackenes gemeinsam und gleichzeitig anstatt nacheinander essen möchten.

• Andrei (7/5): - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen, aber es gab einige Probleme im Zimmer. Die Böden waren nicht sauber. Es gab nur wenige Spülmaschinentabs, keine Reinigungstücher und keine zusätzlichen Müllbeutel. Einige Geschirrteile waren abgenutzt. Außerdem hat die Sauna nicht richtig geheizt.
• Monika (10/5): - Einfach perfekt. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, tolle Apartments, top ausgestattet. Absolut sauber, Saunahandtücher, Küchenequipment samt Biertender alles vorhanden. Schibus Haltestelle direkt bei der Unterkunft. Gibt es nichts.

• Silvia (9/5): Ankommen und wohlfühlen - Für uns perfekte Lage. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Super liebevoller Service für meine Hündin. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein Apartment im EG. Wir konnten die Fenster nicht komplett öffnen, da diese direkt an der Straße sind.

Peter (10/5): TOP - sehr empfehlenswert - Wir kommen sicher wieder - Sehr schönes großes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung, alles sauber, großer Aufzug hat den Gepäcktransport leicht gemacht, süßes Kinderbettchen mit Bettzeug und Kindersessel mit Gurt für meinen kleinen Enkel gegen einen geringen Aufpreis, zwei extra Getränkekühlschränke, Espressomaschine, die Sauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wurde täglich genutzt, in Summe 4 schöne Bäder , eins sogar mit großer Dusche und Badewanne war toll, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und auf der großzügigen Galerie die Möglichkeit noch 2 Personen auf der ausgezogenen Bank unterzubringen, optimal jedenfalls für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden (bis zu 8 Personen) Haben leider keine kleinen Espressotassen gefunden, aber ersatzweise die Schnapsgläser genutzt ;) Bei der Stiege zur Galerie sind rauhe Hölzer montiert und wir mussten bei den kids schon den einen oder anderen Schiefer herausziehen, sonst wirklich alles super !

• Emese (10/5): A lovely place in a beautiful village, perfect for hiking! - The place is in a lovely little village with amazing mountain views. Great location for hiking — there are several trails starting nearby. We really appreciated the covered parking spot too. The self check-in and check-out were super easy. The room had everything we needed, and the private sauna was such a nice bonus! Our dog was also very welcome, which we loved. Thanks for a great stay!
• Leah (5/5): Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht überein! - Das Apartment sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, es ist sehr sauber und die Sauna war für uns ein Highlight Man musste auf die Suche nach dem wlan Router gehen, dieser war nicht aufzufinden dann musste ich das Personal extra dafür anrufen anstatt wie in jeder normalen Unterkunft einfsch ein Schild mit dem wifi auszustellen. Außerdem gab es nur ein kleines Handtuch und ein großes Handtuch pro Person und dafür muss man extra zu dem sehr teuren Preis zusätzlich noch 25 Euro für Wäsche zahlen?? Das ist Wucher! Und das wurde mir auch erst im Nachhinein gesagt, was eine Frechheit ist! Außerdem ist das Apartment direkt vor einer befahrenen Straße, was man auch nicht erkennen konnte. Wir waren noch dazu im EG und da es keine Folie vor den Fenstern gab, gab es nur die Möglichkeit die ganze Zeit die Rollo runterzugeben was dann wiederum sehr dunkel war. Also für das Geld was man zahlt muss man schon was leisten..

• Dóra (10/5): - Négy éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Szuper kis apartman. Jól felszerelt, tágas, tiszta. Kutyával jöttünk, neki is készültek pléddel, tállal. Túráinkat is helyből tudtuk indítani. 🙂
• Nicole (10/5): Tolles Apartment in hochwertiger Ausstattung und Qualität mit viel schönem Vollholz - Meiner Meinung nach könnten mehr Kaffekapseln und Tee zur Verfügung gestellt werden ohne Aufzahlung. Es fehlt wie in so vielen Appartments Ablagefläche im Badezimmer!

• Laura (9/5): Cozy get away - Very quiet location, good position for hikes. All the essentials were there, the flat is cozy and the app for the morning breakfast is very well organized. The sauna in the room is the cherry on top.
• Christopher (10/5): Perfect apartment and lovely staff, it was a fantastic place for us to base ourselves to discover the region. - The whole process was very streamline and the apartment itself was fantastic. Contact via whatsapp from the reservations department was a great way to communicate, the app was very user friendly and informative, the option to order fresh goods to be delivered to the box in the lobby is such a great addition. The self check in was great as it gives you the freedom to check in when you’d like and everything was very well explained. The apartment itself was spacious, had all we needed in terms of equipment and furnishings, the baby cot and bedding was exactly what we needed. Plenty of car parking space too. Didn’t find any issues at all with cleanliness. The view from our balcony was so picturesque and exactly what we imagined a nice, quiet Austrian village would be like. The staff at the in-person check in were very friendly and informative. The only small drawback I can think of is going to the other site for the full check in. It’s about 12km away (10-15 mins drive). If you’re going to stay here, you’re most likely going to have your own car/hire car so it’s not exactly a big problem to get there.
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in a studio DeLuxe with sauna. The room was super comfortable with a separated toilet. We appreciated the sauna on the day we got caught by rain. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, we did dot miss a single thing. Everything was perfectly clean. Parking place was also great, the staff was very helpful. We got clear instruction where to get the keys prior our arrival and we appreciated the online Dachstein Sommer Card. Lighting was perfect, Wifi worked OK for streaming and normal browsing. The apartments are situated in the very centre of the village, there is a fantastic Dorf Café with fantastic cakes and strudels just opposite. We only regreted we could not stay longer. For us the bed was a little bit soft (we prefer hard mattress) but this is subjective. Insect nets in the windows might be nice, as there is a lot of flies outside due to the near farms. It was not possible to open the windows, although it was quite hot. But it is only a suggestion ...
