- Isabella (8/5): - Die Lage ist super, direkt im Zentrum. Zum See braucht man mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten, zu Fuß ca 40min. Auch die Aussicht ist sehr schön, die riesige Fensterfront hat mir gefallen. Die Kommunikation war auch unkompliziert und nett! Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ein paar Dinge, die eigentlich Standard für ein Appartement sein sollten, würden den Aufenthalt noch besser machen: Mehr als 1 Handtuch pro Person wäre super, zumindest 1 fürs Gesicht/Haare. Auch Basics wie Duschgel/Shampoo. Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine (die bald den Geist aufgeben wird, kaum Druck) Ein Müllkübel fürs Badezimmer. Diese Kunstfell Überwurfe wegwerfen. Unhygienisch und nicht schön. Eine Tiefenreinigung der Küchenzeile, insbesondere der Sockelblenden 😬
- Christoph (10/5): Übernachtung - Weinfrühling - Wir übernachten jedes Jahr zum Golser Weihnfrühling und beim Martini Loben im Lieblingsplatz in Neusiedl und waren auch diesmal (wie immer) sehr zufrieden. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, sie ist sehr geräumig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Wir werden (solange die Preise ähnlich bleiben) gerne wiederkommen.

- Olga (8/5): - Probably the only major drawback of this lovely place is that the boiler heats water only once a day; the tank is enough only for the morning, and there’s no hot water in the rest of the day. You won’t be able to draw a hot bath. This is extremely inconvenient - please take note of it. There’s no way to reach the owners; It’s also wise to bring mosquito repellent - there are lots of them even in cold weather. Everything else is excellent: a large, comfortable bed with soft duvets and great pillows, a wonderful view from the window, a spacious kitchen, and a good location in the city. It’s quiet here, and it’s an excellent place to spend an weekend. – boiler is small, heats water only once a day (you won’t be able to draw a hot bath); – Lots of mosquitos; – There’s no way to reach the owners;

- Oliver (7/5): Sehr schön und super zum relaxen jedoch wäre mehr Hilfe und eine Rückmeldung des Gastgebers echt wünschenswert - Die Location und der Ausblick. Leider hat die Alexa nicht funktioniert da kein Stromkabel dabei war. 2 der 5 LED Kerzen haben nicht funktioniert. Es ist trotz Nachricht keiner gekommen wegen dem Staubsauger. Das mit dem wenigem Warmwasser ist nervig bei einer Badewanne. Leider haben wir auch auf meine Fragen, wie das mit den Fahrrädern, keine Antwort erhalten. Im großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt in ihrem Apartment toll und kann man wiederholen und weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

- Rony (10/5): An awesome stay in a very good location - We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and also a 1 bed room apartment. Both the apartment was very spacious clean and tidy. Host has taken a lot of effort to furnish the apartment well making it very cosy and give a very warm and pleasant feeling. Both apartments had all basic necessities provided and also the host was very supportive and helped with all needs. Location is perfect and amidst all shops nearby. Parking was also adjacent to the property. Not a drawback, but the building didn’t have an elevator.

The first night we lived in a small apartment for only two people, while we were five people. After that, Mrs. Karen moved us to an apartment that could accommodate five people. She apologized to us for the mistake and asked her to compensate us for their mistake. She promised me that, and until now we have not received any compensation.

After arriving, I found that the password lock could not be used due to a so-called technical failure, and I could only enter and exit with one key. After making several calls, I finally got through and asked someone to move the things somewhere else. The most unsatisfactory thing was that I was woken up at about one o'clock in the morning, and someone outside tried to open my door. It was so scary that I jumped up and said please don't open the door. After a while, I heard someone leave, but after this, I couldn't sleep anymore. In addition, the design of this room is very anti-human. There are no curtains or any light-blocking things on the windows. How can people sleep when it's light at four or five o'clock? ?

- Anastasija (10/5): Amazing apartment - This apartment is amazing. It's big, it has everything you need, so bright with the ceiling windows. Very clean, with fully equipped kitchen. The wi-fi was not great.

I think now they will be more clear with next costumers and they will inform them in advance... not after they leave and check out.

- Zoltán (4/5): Could have been better - The apartman was easily accessible and well equipped. Self checkin possibility and detailed information booklet was provided before arrival. Nespresso coffee machine was good. Our apartment was on the second floor (apartment nr 3). The air condition was barely working, blewing out warm air the whole time (probably it hasnt been maintained regularly). There are huge windows in the bedroom, but no curtains so the temperature was arond 30 degrees celsius, even hotter than outside. Kitchen is well equipped but plates, silverware, glasses and the oven were dirty... We tried to contact the owner, but they were not answering and obviously the messages before arrival and check out were automatically set. So do not expect any help if you need assistance.
