• Sigister (9/5): A true sanctuary, would definitely stay here again. - I love the location. The property itself was a gem, a true sanctuary in Fremantle. Lovely small garden at the back and a huge living area and a proper kitchen made the place really homey. I just didnt like that the bathroom didnt have any blinds.

• Angela (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is as in the photos. It is spacious, airy, quiet, green and peaceful. Frogs and fish in the pond. Kitchen could be better equipped but is adequate. Overall the place is well shaded for summer heat and was cool downstairs despite some 36C days in December. The secret, as for everywhere in Perth, is open up at night and early morning and then close all windows during the day. The mezzanine bed area on the hot days was a little warm but I had my own travel fan so sleeping was okay. Aircon used once was effective in the lower section. The parking spot has a lamp post impeding direct access so you have to enter and leave at an angle - it would be doable but I didn't bother with it because there was plenty of free parking on the side street. The location is great - away from the Fremantle bustle but close by for visits, Wild Bakery (best in Fremantle) is 1 minute's walk, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, South Fremantle beaches are less than 5 minutes walk - South Freo supermarkets and Wray Ave butcher and fruit and vegie shop are also close by.
