• Steven (8/5): As Advertised And A Good Base For Exploring The Local Areas - Clean and comfortable and we liked the firmness of the bed we used. The host had well stocked the kitchen with condiments. Plenty of pots too but as we knew no microwave. Such a simple, cheap and ultra useful kitchen appliance, if supplied. The main reasons we booked here was the full kitchen, free adjacent car parking and access to a washing machine. It was a surprise though to find out once on site that the washing machine is a shared use one down in the basement. The local area is very pleasant. We knew about the stairs and the close by church bells over the evenings. The host was initially tardy in providing access info on the arrival day but communication from then on was excellent. Very creaky floors which made us feel guilty walking around of an evening and early morning.

Con plaza de parking descubierta. Limpieza muy buena. Camas muy cómodas y grandes, ambas de matrimonio, creo que de 1,60m al menos. Baño con ducha amplia y buena mampara. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar varias días, pero solo nos quedamos 1 noche, así que la cocina ni la usamos Nada, todo bueno. Si acaso el precio, pero en Suiza todo es caro para los españoles, jaja

• Nhung (9/5): Superb - The house is around 15-20min bus ride from the Spiez SBB. It locates in a quiet and beautiful village. It feels great to have a chance to stay in the house built in 1531. The house is clean. The bath room and kitchen are nice. It was in late July and it was quite hot during the day. It would be great if there are two fans in the house. We opened the window in the room and it helped.
• Kristin (10/5): Just perfect - So much spa e. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. Amazing views and an easy drive down to Spiez and into Interlaken. A great base for exploring the lakes and the mountains. I enjoyed my time with my 3 year old son. We can’t wait to return!

• Azizah (9/5): Great Mountain`s experiences - This apartment looks like a traditional Swiss cottage, up to the mountain facing Lake Thun. In a house, we can experience the year 1530, and the decorations look good. The surroundings are breathtaking. Very close to Interlaken & the two famous lakes. The host should mention that we need to pay tourist taxes per person per night in advance before people make a booking. We needed to pay the taxes for four people for two nights, which ended up being more expensive to spend. We can pay the same amount and receive better accommodations elsewhere without having to pay taxes.

So much had been thought of, tissues, extra toilet roll, basic kitchen supplies etc. Agnes was a lovely host who met us when we arrived. It also felt very Swiss, which we enjoyed. We liked it all!

Spacious, nicely decorated, 2bedroom apartment in a charming building dating back to 1531, with a fully equipped kitchen and next to the quaint town church, giving the feeling of an authentic medieval Alpine town. There was free parking and a great view The church bells chime every hour so just remember your earbuds if you struggle to sleep through it

• Tim (10/5): A great place to stay. - Agnes was fantastic! It is a wonderful location with a view that is high above Thunersee on one side and a great view on Niesen on the other. The warm welcome we got from Agnes really made us feel at home. It is hard to call this a problem, but I don’t think too many people were six feet tall when this place was built almost. 500 years ago, so you really need to watch that you don’t hit your head. But that is it, the worst part was making sure you don’t hit your head. What a fantastic experience.
