- Thomas (9/5): Wonderful apartment in a great spot in HCM City - Wonderful functional apartment, good facilities and great location Had to pay a 2m VND cash deposit which caught us by surprise, not a huge issue but caused a little bit of stress.
- Michael (10/5): Würde jederzeit wiederkommen - Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Circadian-Team ist perfekt - von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out. Die Lage der Unterkunft in einer leisen Nebenstraße ist super und die Qualität der Unterkunft entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Wunderbar sind auch Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie die Kaffeetheke. Ich komme gern wieder! Die Überweisung der Kosten per Link und das Hinterlegen einer Kaution (ggf. per Vorabüberweisung in Euro) ist vielleicht für einige ungewohnt. Circadian habe ich bei beiden Aufenthalten als absolut vertrauenswürdig und super organisiert empfunden. Also kein Grund zur Sorge :-) Für mich war alles super. Wenn man zuzweit kommt, könnte eventuell das offene Bad für Unbehagen sorgen.
- Ghada (9/5): Stylish and comfortable Japanese style stay - The apartment I stayed in was one of their Japanese-themed studios, and it truly captured the modern and minimalist feel. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the small touches like the Japanese slippers available to walk around the house, tea and coffee available in the main area, as well as the kitchen facilities for eating in. The location was convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly and always available via WhatsApp, which made everything easy. Overall, it felt like a unique Japanese-style stay right in the heart of Vietnam. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable stay with nice service. The only downside was the cash deposit requirement, which felt a bit inconvenient and stressful to manage. That said, the hosts were very understanding and accommodating, which helped smooth things over. The noice from the Tennis court was also a little annoying but I could manage napping through it.

- Rice (9/5): My second visit - as good as the first - You may see my first review a little below this one - I liked the Circadian then and I still recommend it. In fact, during the period I was away I noticed that they had made a modest improvement to the room. Support team is very fast to respond on Zalo and very helpful. All good.
- Rice (9/5): Just what I needed - comfortable bed, hot shower, convenient location at a reasonable cost. - The location was just fine for my purposes, a short walk to the University where I was lecturing and convenient to many shops and restaurants along the main road Nguyen Thi Min Kai. The apartment building is down a little lane - which like many lanes in Vietnam are host to a mix of private homes with small businesses on the ground floor. The apartment was as described and just fine. Nice hot shower. AC and WiFi worked well. Staff very helpful - easy to chat to online via Zalo. It took a bit of getting used to - getting on and off the low Japanese bed - a sign of my creaky 70+ year old body! But once I was in bed - a comfortable sleep.

- Lance (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - Room is decent, bed is comfortable They have an unexpected 100$ damage deposit when you book the room to warn you. They operate differently from other hotels and don't have a reception, don't allow early check‐in Shower takes awhile to heat up.

The spaces are beautiful, clean and minimal. Can’t wait to stay again. The location is tricky at first but the staff has created helpful videos so you can feel less overwhelmed with the location discovery process.

- Nazif (10/5): Unique experience in Ho Chi Minh City - The ambiance is nice, I enjoyed the terrace, I felt safe as well because they use passcode for their main door and also room door. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommended. The hot shower. Because I couldn't control the temp. Even if I set it in the middle, it will be too hot also. Sometimes, it came out cold water and suddently it's hot.
- Lotta (9/5): Superb - Loved that it was minimal, functional & sustainable (almost no use of single-use plastics). The room was quite zen, beds were comfy, there was a cute little work-space area which came in handy, and the kitchenette was perfectly adequate for a short stay. Hosts were very sweet and considerate as well. Location is quite awesome. Walkable distance to the buzzing city centre (15 mins walk) and there’s always Grab bikes around to get too. Only the sound of people playing tennis under our room so we woke up to "Whoooh! Haah!" noises hahaha but it wasn't terrible, just unexpected.
