- Clare (1/5): Do not stay here - disgustingly dirty, no hygiene standards - The location and the view from the apartment are good. The apartment was unfit for guests. We had to leave after one very uncomfortable night as it was horribly unclean. The bathrooms obviously had not been cleaned for some time and some of our party could not use them. The apartment did not look like the photos with none of the decor or furnishings to make it homely. The kitchen had one glass and three forks for six of us to use. We requested more supplies for the kitchen and for the apartment to be cleaned the evening we arrived. That evening we were brought six glasses, two mugs and three plates. We asked for more mugs and were told these would be supplied in the morning with the cleaning. Come morning we had to chase the host for the cleaners to arrive. When they arrived, we asked for more mugs and were shouted at. They proceeded to clean the apartment with one cloth for all rooms and water only, no cleaning products. It was incredibly shocking to see the hygiene standards with the dining room table being cleaned with the same cloth as the bathrooms. I called the cleaner back into one of the bathrooms as it was still so dirty after she had "cleaned" it. I watched her attempt to clean the tap with her hand and water. Do not stay here. We were so disappointed as it really cut into the time we had in the city as we had to move to another location and spend a lot of money. Booking.com have done nothing to help and continue to allow these people to advertise their disgusting apartment to their customers.

- Takako (6/5): - プール、オーナーの指紋か顔認証が必要のため使用できない キッチン、お皿は種類が違うのが２枚ずつとお椀がたくさん.コーヒーカップは無い（スーパーで紙皿・紙コップ購入） Wi-Fi、あるかもしれないけど、パスワードの説明がなく使えなかった リビング、寝室、カーテンレールからカーテンが外れた部分があり、夜も閉めれなかった バスルーム、フェイスタオルやバスマッチ無し。４名で３泊宿泊するも、バスタオルが４枚のみ。仕方ないから３日間同じバスタオルを使用 ハブラシは、なぜか２本（あると記載されてたが、無いなら記載はなくていい） トイレの便座のネジが１か所外れていて便座が取れそうだった トイレ２か所とも、1/3くらいしかないトイレットペーパーがあるのみで、補充無し（スーパーで買い足した） あると記載されてた、スリッパは使用感いっぱいのビーチサンダルのこと 食卓テーブルに３脚の椅子。４人泊なのに・・・ 住所が大まかすぎる。送迎ツアーでホテルに行ったが、ホテルが分からず、ガイドさんが電話で聞きながら到着 『ランドマーク6』がないと完全な住所ではない チェックアウト、ルームカードの返却方法が分からずオーナーさんが来るかと、ロビーでずっと待った。１時間しても来ないので、守衛さんに聞くと部屋番号のポストに入れるとか。聞いてないです 良い所、リビングと２部屋がありトイレも２つ 広く使いやすいし、キッチンがあるので、上記の諸々以外はとても住みやすい部屋でした ランドマークの横で、買い物に良し 大型スーパーもあるので、滞在中買い物に苦労しなかった

The location is good, the room is comfortable, and the host is consistently welcoming and helpful. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

- Rodolfo (10/5): - Check in was easy. They generally respond within the hour. This was our second time staying with them and each time the place provided was a cozy experience. There is cleaning available as well. There is a Vincom mall nearby with groceries as well as plenty of food options in and around the area. The gym does not get crowded and machines available for use.
- Julia (4/5): - Poor and shabby condition of apartment. Nothing like advertised including balcony with no furniture just a washing machine on it. No shower curtain so bathroom swamped every day. Cupboards wouldn’t close and some were filthy inside. Very limited crockery and cutlery. For a premium apartment it was anything but.
- Verified traveler (6/5): It Was Fine - The Vinhomes property itself was nice and well kept. The location was ideally located, in the same vicinity as Landmark 81 where there’s a shopping center and Skyview attraction. There was also a scenic park 5 walking minutes away where we were able to watch koi fish and have our children play. Our building was a quick 15 minute Grab ride into District 1 where you’ll find the Saigon Central Post Office, Ben Thanh market, and Cafe Apartment. While good, our stay could have been better. Our booking was for 5 people but we only had linens and towels for 4. One of the bathrooms had a loose toilet seat. We were supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom so we ended up having to grab more at the convenient store for the remainder of our stay. There was condensation in the AC unit for one of the bedrooms so we turned it off. The building also had a pool and although we inquired with our host, we ultimately could not use it because our host did not grant us access.

- Rodolfo (10/5): - The place was quiet and spacious. There was a washer and enough room to hang dry clothes. It has a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. I work from home and the WiFi was good enough. It is in an area with many restaurant options and cafes nearby as well as a mall. The gym had plenty of options for any type of workout and was never packed during the day.
- Aaron (4/5): - Fraud advertising, places doesn’t look like what showed in the photos. Couch is old and dirty. Bathrooms are old and disgusting, broken toilet seat etc, really need an update. Reports the problem to the host but couldn’t get a hold of the her until we have already checked out “sorry I was sick during the time you messaged me ?😅” (she was really nice at check in)... Will never come back, and I Do Not recommend this ghetto place.

The place was big and open, good size bedrooms, clean and had a nice swimming pool. The lifts are small but had a few lifts to get up so was still able to get up to the room quick.

Big sofa, living room and dinning room tables, TV, chairs, big refrigerator, dishes (cooking accessories), iron/ironing board, bath tube, coffee pot, toaster, rice cooker, two private wifi connections, balcony with a fantastic view, and a clothes washing machine. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning soon. The host and the housekeeping staff provided A+ customer service. Always easy to communicate and collaborate with the host using Whatsapp N/A
