Michaela (7/5): Wieder mal ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf meiner Lieblingsinsel. - Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. In ein paar Minuten war man auf der Wilhelmstraße, an der Seebrücke oder auch im Wald. Die Wohnung hatte eine kleine Terrasse, so dass man draußen frühstücken konnte. Für die Bauarbeiten an der Granitzer Straße kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts. Er hat sich auch etwas einfallen lassen und unser Gepäck mit einem Bollerwagen zur Unterkunft verbracht. Anschließend bekamen wir einen Parkausweis und konnten das Auto auf einem der öffentlichen Parkplätze abstellen. Das wurde uns aber erst nach der Buchung vom Gastgeber mitgeteilt, die nicht kostenfrei storniert werden konnte. Für uns war das jetzt kein so großes Problem, da wir noch gut zu Fuß sind. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man jedoch die Gäste vor der Buchung darauf hinweisen.

Lena (9/5): Tolle Wohnung in Sellin - Die Lage war schön zentral, Bäcker in der Nachbarschaft und gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge über ganz Rügen. Wohnung top ausgestattet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Balkon wurde auch immer gerne genutzt von uns. Derzeit (August 2025) ist eine Baustelle direkt vor der Tür, was parken unmöglich macht (Ausweichparkplatz aber sehr nah dran) und entsprechend morgens mit Baustellenlärm geweckt worden - aber das ist ja nur vorübergehend!
Kerstin (9/5): Kurzurlaub in Sellin - Alles prima, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen die Villa Anna und kommen gern wieder.

Mark (9/5): - Great location - bus stop 2 minutes away, main street about 5 minutes, supermarket 10 minutes. Really friendly ownerr. Having some outdoor space and clothes lines (though there is no washing machine) was pleasant. Having seen into the front rooms on the ground floor I preferred our room as it had an entrance hallway giving it a proper apartment feel which was great - the ones at the front entered straight into the living space. Compared to other apartments we stayed in on our trip across northern Germany it had very limited basic supplies in the kitchen i.e. salt and pepper. Others had things like oil & herbs. Be careful with the equipment - a wine glass broke in my hand whilst washing it and was charged 5 euros for replacement.
Bertram (5/5): - Leider mussten wir auf einer Baustelle wohnen. Von Mo-Fr wurden wir im Urlaub 6.45 Uhr täglich vom Baggerlärm und ect. geweckt. Der Baustellenlärm war zum Glück gegen 17.00 Uhr zu Ende. Der Ort Sellin ist sehr schön . Die Vermieter waren nett, aber haben uns leider NICHT in Kenntnis gesetzt, das wir auf einer Baustelle vor der Unterkunft Urlaub machen müssen. Das macht man eigentlich nicht mit Urlaubern, Schade. Die Baustelle vor der Villa Anna. Mit Lärm von 6.45 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr von MO-FR . Mit ausschlafen im Urlaub oder auf der Terrasse entspannen war in diesem Zeitraum nicht möglich.

Anja (9/5): Superb - Spacious and comfortable apartment close to the main street to the beach, restaurants and bakery. Free parking and friendly owners. Would stay again! Beds are quite hard.
