Laura (4/5): Funktional, aber ohne Wohlfühlfaktor - Als Familie mit Kind haben wir uns für unseren Silvesterurlaub bewusst für eine Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage gesucht. Promenade und Strand waren in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eisbahn und Schwimmhalle sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Für den Pkw stand ein fester Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Die Verwaltung war sehr freundlich, unsere Anliegen wurden schnell geklärt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt für uns überhaupt nicht. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber und wir haben fremde Haare im Bad und auf den Matratzen vorgefunden. Das dazu gebuchte Wäschepaket (Handtücher und Bettwäsche) ist in unseren Augen nicht nur sehr teuer (mehr als 20€ pro Person), sondern Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten so viele Flecken, dass wir uns regelrecht davor geekelt haben. Abgeschreckt hat uns auch eine scheinbar automatische E-Mail der Verwaltung, dass noch Restzahlungen offen wären, obwohl alle Zahlungen bereits vor unserer Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung geleistet wurden. Eine Mindestausstattung wie eine kleine Handseife im Badezimmer wären für den Beginn wünschenswert. Alles in allem ist diese Ferienwohnung zwar funktional, wohlfühlen und genießen konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt leider nicht.
JG (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden. Edeka und Bäderbahn zum Strand direkt um die Ecke. Die direkte Lage unserer gebuchten Fewo am Freizeitpark und den Spielzelten hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Leider gab es bei der Buchung keinen Lageplan zu den einzelnen Fewo-Nr. Es gab keinen Backofen, was jedoch in der Ausstattung angegeben wird.
