Toralf (8/5): - Sehr sauber, angenehme Größe der Wohnung, kontaktloser Check in Zu schwierige Parkplatzsituation, fahre einen Kombi und hatte Parkplatz 1 war schon etwas eng aber das ist der Art und Weise des Geländes geschuldet man sollte also fahren können

Claudia (9/5): - Sehr schönes Appartement, mit super Ausstattung. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht zur Selbstverpflegung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Nur das Badezimmer ist ziemlich klein, aber für eine Woche Urlaub ist es okay. Störend empfanden wir die Familie die sich in der oberen großen Wohnung aufhielt. Man hörte schon früh morgens, wenn die Kinder anscheinend fangen spielten...
Eva (10/5): Unterkunft für kurz Urlaube sehr zu empfehlen. - Sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Unterkunft . Die kontaktlose Übergabe durch das Personal verlief reibungslos. Seebrücke und Edeka Waren unkompliziert fussläufig zu erreichen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine top,aber fussläufig findet sich hier auch ein Waschsslon

Thu Phuong (8/5): - Die Lage in Sellin ist Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Wanderungen, dennoch sehr ruhig. Von der Wohnung kann man zu Fuß schnell am Strand, in Wald oder zum See laufen. Die Verkehrsanbindungen ob Bus oder Bahn ( Rasender Roland) sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Luise (4/5): An der Kundenzufriedenheit sollte gearbeitet werden. - Die Möglichkeit einen Check-In vor 16:00 Uhr ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand zu haben. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und die Nähe zum Bhf Sellin-Ost. Die Wohnung ist sehr dreckig gewesen. Unter dem Sofa haben sich alte Lebensmittel befunden und auf dem Boden und den Schränken lag Staub und Dreck. Die Heizung im Bad war defekt. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Stellvertreter wollte er sich darum kümmern, was allerdings nicht in der Zeit des Aufenthaltes erfolgte.
Nora (6/5): Würde ich nicht nochmal mieten. - Die Lage und die Außenanlagen war ruhig und schön. Die Ferienwohnung an sich klein und gemütlich. Der Fußboden war leider nicht sauber. Die Heizung muss unbedingt entlüftet werden. Die Raumtemperatur war nicht ausreichend für diese Jahreszeit, egal was man eingestellt hatte am Thermostat. Die Temperatur wurde immer wieder auf 22 Grad runter reguliert, was für diese Wohnung nicht ausreicht. In der Nacht sogar auf 19 Grad reguliert. Steckdosen für die Mikrowelle funktionieren nicht. Aus der Duschamatur kamen leider kleine Abflusswürmer, was wir beim Abreisetag erst mitbekommen haben.

Gerd (8/5): - Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Nähe zur Ostsee optimal. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Parkplätze für die Wohnungen sind sehr sehr eng. Wir hatten Wohnung 4 somit Parkplatz 4. Kein rauskommen wem gegenüber der Parkplatz auch noch belegt war.
