• Martin (10/5): Top Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist super nett eingerichtet, es fühlt sich sehr heimelig an und auf Sauberkeit legt die Anbieterin offenbar viel Wert. Die Küche ist ebenfalls super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief auch sehr gut, die Anbieterin war mega freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt braucht man ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

• Petr (9/5): - Umístění apartmánu 50 m od zastávky skibusu a v dochozí vzdálenosti na lanovku Roshütte. Příjemná velikost apartmánu, čistota, vše, co potřebujete tam najdete vč. slunečné terasy. Výborná komunikace s ubytovatelem. Parkovací místo před apartmánem. Kousek procházkou do centra města.

Comodo il parcheggio di fronte alla casa, la proprietaria ci ha permesso anche di lasciare la macchina dopo il check out così da poterci godere la mattinata a Seefeld. Nulla!

• Günther (8/5): Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ideal für meinen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt - Top - Ich war dienstlich in der Region unterwegs und sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Es war sauber, bequem eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen-von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum stabilen WLAN war alles da. Ruhige Lage, Empfehlung für Arbeiter und Geschäftsreisende wie Urlauber gleichermassen. Kein Kritik notwenig

• Margherita (9/5): Posizione ottima, casa pulita, tutto ok. Consiglio. - La posizione, in casa c’era tutto l’occorrente. In dieci min a piedi sei in centro a portata di tutto. La casa era pulita e Karel il proprietario è molto disponibile. Lo consiglio. Niente, andava tutto bene. L’unica cosa che consiglio è di mettere un topper in memory foam sul materasso per rendere il sonno più piacevole. E consiglio di controllare la posizione del sifone della doccia che rimane in alto e non centrare, se si posta la tenda va l’acqua fuori. Ma sono solo consigli.

• Mark (2/5): Not enough hot water, owner uptight, cleaning expectations never indicated, poor waste disposal - Bed, kitchen, attention to detail, heating (not water though). The location was not too far from center. Really nicely decorated. I have submitted this review as the owner sent me an appalling message after leaving. I do not usually leave reviews. 1. Having to send an sms 30 mins before arrival. We did not have a working telephone. Tried sending a whatsapp but number did not work. Had to go to a shopping centre to get a connection to send a message via booking. Unwanted holiday hassle. 2. Only 3 to 4 mins of hot water. Wife and kid could therefore not take a shower. 3. TV instructions only in German. 4. Bad drainage in shower. Shower curtain not enough. Water goes everywhere. 5. Owner thought that my kid was playing in the shower. He never had a shower due to cold water. 6. Owner sent a really nasty email after leaving saying we did not leave the apartment clean enough. Owner never set expectations in terms of how they wanted the apartment left. We are not telepathic in this regard and we damaged NOTHING. It seems cleaning is not included in the fee we paid. They need to indicate how they want the flat left before booking so guests are aware of expectations. The message the owner sent was appalling and an utter disgrace and 100% unprofessional. 7. No instructions about what to do with rubbish and rubbish bin was small so could not throw out rice/left over food/other waste.
• Rebecca (10/5): Wonderful host and a comfortable cozy apartment! - Comfortable quiet well-equipped apartment close to everything we needed and wanted. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchenette was perfect for cooking. We liked the little touches like a Bluetooth speaker and charging cords for our devices. The best part though was the host, Karel, who went above and beyond to help us and really made our stay! Nothing to complain about at all. The property was as described and in great condition.
