Host tried to overcharge us Text: The host tried to charge us an extra 500 000 VND cleaning fee upon arrival, even though our Booking.com confirmation clearly stated the total price. We had to argue for 30 minutes. The host only backed down after we threatened to contact Booking.com customer support. This is a very dishonest practice. Please be careful and don't pay anything extra that isn't listed in your booking confirmation!

• Karyn (10/5): - The helpfulness of the property owner - Do Hai. Very thoughtful and easy to deal with. The apartment is a bit outdated and old. Could do with abit of upgrade to spruce up the place. Overall place is okay for the price.

• Ngoc (5/5): Not so bad, - Good location Kichen dirty , all tool dirty , 5 AC remote control only 2 work ( need new batteries)
