• Ranjith Sundaram (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this house in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is perfect, rght on the main road with very easy accessibility. The house owner was extremely supportive and went out of her way to help us. She assisted us in booking tours at better prices and also guided us on where to shop and what places are a must-visit. All 8 of us had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

• Abiy (1/5): A place no one should be going into. Extremely dirty, photos on add is deceiving. Mouldy bathroom walls and bedrooms. Fi - Nothing! It’s was a total deceiving add on booking.com Very poorly kept apartment. Extremely dirty not cleaned at all. No bedsheets Mouldy bathroom Mould smell throughout the apartment Dirty and smelly rug in the lounge area Used dirty bar soap in the bathroom Towels smelly

• Chau (4/5): Our stay was short but disappointing. Though the paintings and artwork sculptures presented a nice visual to the apartme - Apartment was spacious, location not far from city centre, the art presented was a nice sighting, and the air conditioning was sufficient. Lots of areas of the apartment were chipped, broken, and lacked refurbishing. Ants and bugs were all over the property which created an unsettling environment to stay. Sinks were clogged, windows were broken and couldn’t be closed. The apartment did not reflect the original impression we were given on booking.com. Ultimately, deceiving.

• Ngoc (1/5): Ruined by uncorteous host - Spacious and location. Nhà rộng rãi và vị trí tốt Will NOT stay again or recommend to others due to the host/staff. The host was extremely uncourteous and rude to us especially during the checkout process. We needed to check out early, and asked the host to do a walk-thru the night before to ensure everything is to their preference. Instead of checking the apartment, she presumed we were unpaying guests, and went to the lobby to demand payment even though we agreed beforehand to pay in full upon check out. We sent her the payment with confirmation, and was still met with “I won’t leave until I see the funds in my account.” The stay was decent but utterly ridiculous ruined by the host experience
