• Nguyễn (4/5): - Phòng tv thì mờ căm, tiện nghi ko dc đầy đủ, bếp điện cũng phải nhờ ngta mang lên, máy sấy cũng ko có sẵn cũng phải chờ mang lên, đặt phòng có bếp đồ để nấu ăn nhưng dao cũng ko có, tủ lạnh thì hôi kinh khủng, phòng ở thì bị phòng trên lầu rất ồn.

• Robert (8/5): - The hotel could be really good. The check-in went smoothly. The room seemed fine at first glance. After he showed me to the room and pointed out the particulars, ac switch etc. Once he left I noticed that there wasn't a remote control for the television. That was corrected. Later that night I saw a cigarette burn in the sheets. Also, the area has several loud dogs. After the first meal in the room the ants invaded in force. Usual stuff, not a big deal. I would still come back.

• Hao (5/5): Passable - Location, cost, the actual host online response quickly. The actual staff let’s us waited outside for awhile under the heat. Rats running around in front of the property at night.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - If you are looking for a hotel very close to the airport to stay before a flight, this is perfect. It's quiet, comfortable and uncomplicated. The staff is not very friendly, a little disorganized but that was okay.

• Yury (9/5): Spending the night between flights is great - Taxi from the airport 150,000 VDN. From hotel to airport Grab Car 35,000 VDN. It is difficult to reach on foot with a big suitcase. Near the hotel there are many cafes, restaurants, shops, including 24/7. The room is clean. Entry/exit from the room and hotel using a card. Spending the night between flights is great! Рot water appears in a few minutes

So noisy in early morning start...Staff under basement starting shift not quite enough..No stores room to storage customers luggages safety. Staff needs more training in customer service area.

• Barbara (1/5): Bad - Its close to the airport. I don't recommend it. The room and bathroom were full of cockroaches! In it was very very disgusting!!!!!! Can be cheap, but basic hygiene is expected. It was not cleaned when we arrived, foreign hair in the bed and on the floor... Never again

• Tran (7/5): Good - Good location. Staff was supportive via messages. I booked a room for 2 people but 1 more friend came unexpectedly. They agreed to let us stay with surcharge. That’s fair enough. I asked for some utensils, plates and cups. Staff had confirmed to prepare before I checked in but actually nothing there. Fridge wasn’t plugged in ready so smell was bad.
• Zakwan (4/5): Dissappointed - near to the airport I couldn’t sleep until 3ish am because the night staff were playing loud mobile games in the lobby. the sounds permeates into the room because I’m on the 1st floor and there were many opening for sounds to travel inside. the room also couldn’t get into enough dark after lighting off because the outside light does getting into the room. the air conditioner is also not working properly. it’s a bit hot even after putting the lowest Celsius. I only get about 3 hours sleep before needing to go to the airport for my early flight.

• Geam (9/5): Would still stay in this place when im back if available for its convenience and amenities - The host is very kind, i ask for an extra person for our fruend for few days but he did not ask for extra payment. He even provided extra towel for the extra person. Although the caretaker cannot speak english but the owner provided his contacts incase we need anything that we can message him and relay to his caretaker. Very convenient and secure location with fridge, heater kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, slippers, hairdryer. Can do laundry with dryer. Many food and grocery options around including pharmacy. We stayed for 19days and its so homey👌. Thank you Moonstay, thank you Mr. Trung Only one thing, we dont know if cleaning and linen change included but we didnt bother to ask the owner, we tried to ask the caretaker but we cannot communicate well. Just so minor sweep needed and we just borrowed brooms😉. But to some it all up, very satisfied👍🏻

• Karl (10/5): Exceptional - I arrived late at night. It was a few minutes from the international Airport. It was very clean. There was a keyed entranceway and friendly staff to show me my room. I did not use it but there was an elevator which might be useful to some people. There was a small stove, a kettle and some kitchenware including a fridge. The shower room was excellent. Moon is a very friendly and helpful person. He gave me good advice and also showed me where the free laundry service was.
