- Harald (8/5): Überkomplett ausgestattet, sehr angenehm, aber halt nicht "fancy" - wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke - Ich habe das Appartment dahingehend ausgesucht, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer hat (2 Erw/2 Kinder) und man zu Fuß zum Lift gehen kann. Beides haben wir erreicht und sind grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden gewesen. Liftanlage etwa 300m Spar/Billa auch etwa 300m was für ein Appartment natürlich wichtig ist. Auch ein Hervis war ganz in der Nähe. Sehr gut war auch der Skistall! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet auch die Küche war super eingerichtet sodass man wirklich sofort kochen konnte. Alles da, Geschirrspüler, Micro, Wasserkocher, eine Filter- und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine (Kapseln sogar gratis). Standard Ofen, BAckrohr und Kühlschrank (leider ein ganz kleines Eisfach nur, welches unsere Kühlpatronen leider nicht gefrieren konnte). Große Überraschung: Prime und Netflix gratis!!! Der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus war ebenso perfekt. Wir haben das Auto eine Woche lang nicht gebraucht. Wir waren auch sehr angenehm überrascht, dass es so ruhig war im Haus und auch rundherum! Wie gesagt waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden! Das Haus ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen (BJ 1980er?!) und das merkt man da und dort. Größtes Manko eigentlich die undichte Balkontür in einem der Schlafzimmer - es hat ein bisschen "gezogen" und ist in der Nacht entsprechend abgekühlt.
- Andrea (7/5): Urlaub zum Ski fahren. ⛷️ - Sauberes Apartment. Alles vorbereitet. Schlüsselübergabe mit Tresor war 👍🏼. Nähe zum Skilift und Zentrum. ( Einkaufen und Restaurant). Es wäre schön gewesen ein 2 Partie von Handtüchern. Kaffeemaschine konnten wir keine Kapseln mehr kaufen ( gibt es nicht im Geschäft) Martello- Kaffeekapseln. Kleine Kaffeetassen war nur 1 Stk. vorhanden. TV hatte starke Störungen.

Owner gave full, detailed information about the property location, rules and also prepared a list of events taking place in the village for the dates we were staying there amd was responsive and we really felt welcome. - Oksana (10/5): Все супер, вернемся еще - Все было супер, все продумано до мелочей. Локация шикарная, все в пешей доступности, горки, спуски, магазин. Парковочное место, и самое главное-2 туалета с душем и раздельные спальни! Шикарно! Уже тут второй раз, приедем еще! Нет ничего, что не понравилось

- Anna (8/5): - Appartamento ottimo per famiglie Accogliente e ben dotato di accessori per la cucina. Poggiolo con vista sulla montagna stupendo. l'Austria è molto bella. Siamo statinalle terme di santa Katerina a pochi metri dall'app. Sono rimasta dispiaciuta solo per l'accoglienza ma le terme sono belle come lo erano trent'anni fa quando ci portavo la mia bambina ora mamma. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento le terme un po' care .. 300 euro per due giorni sono davvero troppi. Grazie alla Signora René che ci ha accompagnato in tempi da record in ogni nostro bisogno ed esigenza.. grazie grazie Maria Anna Solo un po' di pulizia in più nei pavimenti e contenitori degli spazzolini per il resto tutto perfetto.

Die Vermieter sind bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Enzian 14 wird trägt verdient den Namen Schmuckstück von Bad Kleinkirchheim. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank ❤️ Es war alles top! - Marek (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and clean appartement. We had everything we needed for preparing the food. Two bathrooms is a great advantage! Skiroom with the boot-dryer in the basement was perfect, we just got down using the elevator, put on the boots and left for skiing. Bachlift is just 200 meters away, easily reached by walking. If you want to go straight to Kaiserbergbahn, you can use skibus, which stops less than 100 meters from the appartement. The only thing which could be better is amount of snow...

Great facility for ski storage. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable. It really was our second home!
