Mängel im Claire Wohnung 10 1. viele Verschmutzungen und Schäden an den weißen Wänden. 2. sehr viele Beschädigungen an den Sockelleisten 3. Stehlampe - Strick für Schalter fehlt 4. Nachttischlampe defekt 5. Türstopper in beiden Duschen ohne Funktion 6. Spiegel in Fahrstuhl beschädigt -Verletzungsgefahr 7. Außenbereich unschöner Zustand 8. Holz im Poolbereich stark veraltet, Unterkonstruktion teilweise weggefault, Einbruchgefahr!
