- Nicholas (1/5): Didn’t stay in this accommodation.Told on arrival that it was full & our booking was cancelled. - Arrived at appointed time and text host who replied sorry now full , your booking has been cancelled. No prior warning . After threatening to write up our experience on tripadvisor we were found another apartment in another apartment block but were told we would have to pay for a taxi to get there and then we had to haggle about the cost. The new apartment was fine, had similar facilities including a pool , but the bathroom was extremely tired. We wasted about 2 hours of the short time we had in HCM city. Would be anxious about booking with same host.
