Don (6/5): Good location 2 star property - Very good location especially if you are interested in shopping at Saigon Center Old marginally maintained no elevator. Bed was small not very comfortable.

Little balcony perfect for watching the busy view . Very comfortable bed & lounge room . Nice bathroom with great shower . Really good kitchen set up which even had drinking water . Multiple coffee makers were provided & a blue tooth speaker . We loved the place . There was a pop up advertising games venue next door - we had ear plugs so coped well & the positives far outweighed this . We would definitely stay again . I also think this venue was temporary so usually not a problem but would advise ear plugs just incase.

Richard (7/5): Good - The room is clean The facilities are great. It's close to Walking Street. It's convenient to have laundry / washing machine in the room. They lock the door downstairs so you can't get in later without waking up the security guard. They want to charge you money if a towel appears to be stained. Turns out it washed out easily. They charge a large security deposit to book the room. There is no flexibility on check out time.

Enough kitchen utensils to cook for ourselves when we felt like it. Noisy bedroom air conditioner but the living room air conditioner was sufficient to cool bedroom as well.
