Prudence (8/5): Wonderful and the owner was great. She came after work to check that we had checked in okay and was wonderful and friend - Beautiful little apartment, in a great location with everything you need. Improve on the check in process and handing over of keys to guests. I suggest an envelope with the key inside and guests name written with apartment number or name.
