- Ines (10/5): Alles hat gepasst, der Aufenthalt hier tat mir sehr gut. - Für meine Visite in der direkt gegenüber befindlichen Uniklinik Halle konnte die etwas zurückgesetzte und dadurch ruhige Lage der Villa nicht passender sein. In meinem kleinen und sehr gemütlichen Zimmer habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wunderschön der herrliche Blick auf das frische Grün ringsum. Man konnte sich in der Gemeinschaftsküche, zum rückwärtigen Garten gelegen, sein Teewasser oder sein Essen zubereiten, alle dafür nötigen und hochwertigen Utensilien standen zur Verfügung. Praktisch ist auch der im Zimmer vorhandene Kühlschrank. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch, dass man in der Übergangszeit ein warmes Zimmer und Bad hat. Sehr freundlich waren auch die Mitarbeiterinnen, die jederzeit für eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft sorgen. Herzlichen Dank für alles, wenn mich mein Weg nochmal in die interessante Saalestadt Halle verschlägt, dann wieder hierher.

There is a tram stop about 5 minutes walk away. Towels didn't seem to stay fresh for long and the hospital helicopter was a bit noisy at times.

A large shared kitchen was available for use with free condiments, tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The towels, although clean, didn't keep their freshness for some reason.

- Gabriele (8/5): - Für meine Tagung im Universitätsklinikum Halle war die Lage ideal. Bäckereien und Supermarkt in der Nähe sowie Anschluss an den Nahverkehr sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig zum Garten gelegen. Der Teppichboden hat wirklich seine Lebensdauer überschritten und müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Das Bad ist sauber, riecht aber unangenehm.

- Dana (6/5): Als wir vor 4 Jahren bereits dort waren, hatten wir einen wesentlich angenehmeren Aufenthalt... - Die Lage ist super, wenn nicht gerade gestreikt wird, hat man die Straßenbahn in wenigen Fußminuten erreicht. Es gibt einen Edeka, Bäcker, Netto und 2 Dönerläden, sowie die Klinikgastronomie in Laufweite. Im Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, zwar ohne Licht, aber funktionstüchtig. Das Zimmer roch sehr muffig, lüften hat nur bedingt geholfen. In der Dusche war Schimmel, es roch im Bad extrem unangenehm. Es gab keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, der Vorhang hing halb draußen, haben ihn erstmal selbst wieder eingefädelt, Licht abgehalten hat er dennoch nicht. Der Teppich hatte Flecken und man kann das Fenster nicht kippen. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem und durchgelegen, haben kaum Schlafen können. Die Reinigungskräfte kamen gegen 8 Uhr und haben einen beim Frühstück die ganze Zeit angestarrt, während sie selbst am Nebentisch saßen. Im in der Küche bereitgestellten Zucker waren Käfer drin. Mülltrennung gibt es nicht. Die Villa hat allgemein schon bessere Tage gesehen, überall platzt die Farbe ab.

- Bernd (9/5): Top Unterkunft in grüner, ruhiger Lage - Die Lage im Grünen war top. Frühstück bei Schäfers fußläufig. Gute Anbindung in die Stadt. 15 Minuten zum Zentrum mit der Straßenbahn. Supermärkte+Döner in der Nähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a shared kitchen which is fully equipped with enough chairs and tables for at least 20 people as well as a few seats and tables outside. There are two supermarkets nearby and the tram stop is about a 5-6 minute walk. Travelers with difficulty walking should request a ground floor or first floor room because there are lots of steps to the two upper floors and there’s no lift. Otherwise, it is a very pleasant place to stay.

Die große Gemeinschafts-Küche im Keller hat alles, was man brauchen könnte, vom Wasserkocher bis zum großen Herd und Spülmaschine, Kaffee ist kostenlos vorhanden, für Raucher eine überdachte Gartenterasse und in wenigen Minuten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, alles ca. 300 Meter vom Objekt entfernt. Nur das Wetter....

- Simone (8/5): Direkte Lage zum UKH, wir waren mit dem Zimmer zufrieden - Direkte Lage zum UKH, kostengünstiger Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, schnelle Erreichbarkeit bei Rückfragen. Aufgrund meines kurzen Aufenthalts im UKH haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, da wir einen längeren Anreiseweg hatten und mein Mann für die Tage vor Ort sein wollte. Die Villa liegt gegenüber der UMH und es gibt in der näheren Umgebung genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ebenfalls gibt es dort eine gut eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsküche, diese wurde aber von uns nicht genutzt, da der Kühlschrank im Zimmer für den kurzen Aufenthalt ausgereicht hat.

- Schwinn (5/5): Walking distance to the hospital. - The room is big enough for two people. And the kitchen is good enough for preparing breakfast. I love the Panorama windows and I don't have problem with the parking lot. 1.The bathroom should be better. Especially the shower area. The poor light must change. And the window should be covered for privacy. Please check room 2.6 2. Although the bedroom is big and warm,but the light is uncomfortable.You have to get up to on and off the light. There's no lampshade at the bedside table.
