• Marie (9/5): Nice stay. It was in April. I suppose during the summer it is noisy as it is direct a the promenade with a lot of restau - We received delicious fruits from the owner. The view on the Harbour. The apartment is new. The kitchen is a little bite too small to be able to cook.

Marina nie jest w samym mieście, są przy niej liczne restauracje i sklepy, z których około połowa była w lutym czynna, ale jeśli ktoś liczy na wieczorne spacery po miasteczku, to będzie musiał podjechać kilka kilometrów.

• Loukas (10/5): Excellent - I greatly enjoyed the property’s prime location in the marina, with an outstanding view. The veranda was particularly beautiful and provided a wonderful space to relax. I also like that the apartment was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful details such as fresh-smelling towels and high quality amenities, even down to the toilet papar. I also found the shower design excellent, as it prevented any water from spilling out. Overall amazing N/A

• Yolanda (10/5): Stunning flat in a great location, very quiet at night but lots to do in the day - Fantastic location, lovely flat with beautiful views from the huge balcony, and good facilities. Many good restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets a minute’s walk away. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment very clean. If you want to stay in Latsi I don’t think you’ll find a better place than this. It was all good. The flat was a bit cold the first night, it’s a Spring/Summer place in my opinion.

• Menelaou (7/5): It was decent and a well enjoyed mini holiday. - Lovely view right in the heart of the marina with sunset and sunrise vibes. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend in which we had the opportunity to listen to live music until early hours of the morning. Some nights the di might of had a few too many to be fair and was changing the tunes like there was no tomorrow. The actual property was very nice and clean . Maybe a miscommunication from the owner to the cleaner in check out , as she turned up at 11 and told us to get out as she had to clean . Didn't like that we told her our checkout was at 12 and got angry and walked off saying she will call the owner to let him know as if we were gonna be told off or something . Very rude lady for no reason as it was a very pleasant stay over a long 3 night weekend. Other than this petty minor attitude problem from the property owners staff , I will highly recommend this to friends abroad and locally .

Toilet weren’t very clean, the owner suggested to resend the maintenance for cleaning (by the time she answered us we’ve cleaned it by ourselves so there was no need). The owner was very nice and helpful so overall it’s ok..

Amazing facilities if you wanted to home cook or perfect location to eat out with short walk and good prices. Really helpful host with free parking around the back. That we only stayed for 2 nights! Lovely apartment and would love to stay again.

It is newly renovated and has all the necessary aminities from kitchen equipment to hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Spacious shower. Enjoyable opened planned kitchen with sitting room. The apartment feels spacious and light. Liked everything about the apartment, however if I am being extremely picky, would have been nice to have some coffee capsules and additional bin bags. However the convenience store is just around the corner.

• Simon (4/5): If you love cold rooms and mosquitoes, this is the flat for you! - The scenery was fantastic, as was the tranquility. Kitchen facilities were ok too. Apartment in my opinion should not have been rented out during the winter months as there is inadequate heating in the main bedroom. This forced me to sleep in the second bedroom in a single bed, my brother in the other bed which defeated the object of having a 2 bedroom flat. Would have helped if instructions on how to find the apartment were sent immediately on payment. I felt like I had to prompt the host to send me instructions as not very forthcoming. Had to check out after only 2 days of my 7 day booking as too cold. Had to pay a lot for the 2 days to cover for the booking.com and cleaning bill for host. Would have been cheaper staying in a 5 star hotel for 2 days instead after cancelling stay after 2 days. Also, flat had a lot of mosquitoes and flies. Host left balcony doors open before arrival. Spent the first night and most of the second day killing mosquitoes and flies. Left the apartment with some nasty bites which took a week to heal.

• Andrea (9/5): Really lovely - would stay again! - The location of this property and the view is amazing. Although above a row of restaurants it was quiet and the view across the marina and the sea is beautiful. The apartment is comfortable, was very clean and the beds good too. It's close to a lovely pebbled beach and we snorkelled around the harbour wall and went diving. The best is the huge balcony for breakfast, meals and chilling. Definitely would stay there again.
