Everything was peaceful and charming, which made our holidays truly relaxing. It was one of the best experiences we have had, and both my family and I felt completely comfortable and happy throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to return in the future.

• Andre (4/5): Disappointing. The problems I've listed prevented our stay from being enjoyable & pleasant. - The host was very polite and prompt to reply as and when needed. Keys were easily accessible, private car parking space, apartment was in generally great condition and clean. Bed was comfortable and generally a pleasant size and space for a mini break or short holiday. And great location in relation to the main area of Polis marina and other such attractions. The communal pool was not that close as expected to proximation of the property, and granted it was gated access code provided, there were not any seats, beds or any sort of recreational loungers or umbrellas for that matter, so was not very inviting There was also some building work going on in the adjacent apartment, the mess was contained outside directly below by way of a refuse skip, but there was noise in the morning hours for at least 4 of the days we were there, I am pretty certain that by the time another guests visit that will be over and I totally understand remedial works need to be done from time to time, but seriously? During the summer? The Wifi - internet stopped working on our 4th day there and remained not working up until our check out on Monday. Which I understand isn't the hosts fault, these things do happen but in the collection of pain points listed already, it did not make things more pleasant unfortunately. And finally the biggest pain point of all, which I was not aware of until we received the intro and welcoming message from our host regarding the Air Conditioning, I will confess I was not quite sure what to expect really, but anyway once we arrived and settled in it became apparent that it was working on a timer function with max limit set to 2hrs, which meant we had to wake up every 2 hours in during the night for the entire stay we were there to reset it, again, it's summer and as I can see from the reviews, the previous guest who checked out prior to our arrival also had the same issue. It's summer, you do need seamless air con, and especially in the night. Again much like the other guest, I would have preferred to have been informed on the actual booking page that this was the option and/or be offered at least a second rate without the air con set on a timer. Needles to say my partner and I both came back feeling more tired that when I left, as our sleep was seriously effected by this. Very disappointing.
• Yosef (1/5): Worst experience ever - The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with everything needed for long stays, clean, has a nice view from the balcony, well located 3 min drive from town center During the whole stay (9 days) there was a massive construction in an apartment in the upper floor They were literally breaking down the walls every day starting from 8am which made us wake up every day early to flee the apartment as soon as possible sinc e the noise was unbearable If that is not enough - the AC is limited to 24c cooling so if does not really cool enough in a hot day even if you seal the flat, and worse - there is a timer for 2 hours. We woke up every night 3 times (!) sweating ourselves to death from the heat to reset the timer. There was not even a fan or something else. Every time we woke up, the temperature showed 31 degrees inside the room My partner cried every morning from frustration as she couldnt get any sleep and had to wake up so many times during the night from heat and if thats not enough to wake up in 8 am into a construction site We both didnt sleep well even one single night We came for a vacation and we ended up in continuous mental breakdown our vactaion was actually ruined because of this apartment To be honest, I am not sure wether the owners knew about the construction in advance, however it does not change the fact that I paid full price for this suffering. And what I find even more upsetting is the AC timer thing, because it is under the control of the owners. Really not cool. How can one sleep in 31 c without ac or even a fan? If I would have known about it I would never book the apartment (not mentioned anywhere), and if I was given the option, I would definetly put some extra euros to have a normal AC like a norml human being in vacation Very dissapointing beacause we liked the apartment itself otherwise
