Stephan (9/5): Schönes Zimmer nahe der Innenstadt & Saale - Gute Lage in der Nähe des Planetariums und der Saale, gute kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit direkt in der Straße, Kaffeemaschine mit Pads & Milch im Kühlschrank 😁, grundlegende Ausstattung für Selbstversorgung, Pizzeria gleich nebenan, einfacher Checkin über Schlüsseltresor, schöne Ausstattung mit großer Dusche!

Guerrero Orlando (10/5): - Das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht. Da ich schwer krank bin..es war anstrengend die Treppe, aber das wusste ich vorher....und habe ich geschafft. Die Dusche ist sehr klein.... für großere und stabile Menschen zu klein..

Vitalii (7/5): Вартує своїй коштів але запах неприємний - Сподобалось що це окрема квартира, а не номер в готелі, багато кухонної техніки та звучностей Дивний запах від якого неможливо здихатись, запах старого помешкання можливо пліснява під шпалерами, старі збиті подушки та матрац, полотенця теж варто змінити на нові, та надто багато електроприборів, а розетки тільки 3

Ina (10/5): - Smeštaj izuzetno čist i dobro opremljen, pogodan za duži boravak. Frižider i mikrotalasna olaksali boravak. Jastuci su malo viši nego što sam navikla pa su bilo malo neudobni.
Jutta (4/5): - Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Fussläufig können Lebensmittel eingekauft werden. Die Fewo liegt in einer ruhrigen Seitenstrasse. Für eine Übernachtung ok. Für eine Selbstversorgung ist nur das Nötigste vorhanden. Die Fewo liegt in einem unsanierten Altbau und im oberen Dachgeschoß. Sie entspricht nicht dem Angebot. Im Bad tröpfelte das heiße Wasser nur. Alte Amaturen, ungenügender Wasserdruck machten kein Spaß beim Duschen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nur mit analogen Programmen. Da WLA konnte man über Handy fernsehen. Will man das im Urlaub? Für einen Parkplatz muss man Glück haben und lange suchen.

Peter (8/5): In Ordnung für einen Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen. - Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Einfach und sauber. Das Verhältnis von Preis zur Leistung war in Ordnung. Sämtliche Heizkörper müssten entlüftet werden und aus dem Dusch/WC Räumen kommt ein undefinierter, unangenehmer Geruch auch wenn gelüftet wurde und die Sanitäreinrichtungen nicht benutzt wurden.

Laura (8/5): Alles in allem super, vielen Dank für die Vermietung des Zimmers! - Gemütliches Zimmer in guter Lage und mit schönem Ausblick, super Lage, gutes Preis, netter und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Das Bett ist in beide Richtungen leicht abschüssig - ist nicht katastrophal, wäre es nicht so, wäre der Comfort aber doch deutlich höher, zumal es ein großes, eigentlich gemütliches Bett ist.

Anna (9/5): Uvažujeme o další návštěvě příští rok ve stejném ubytovacím zařízení. - Snídani jsme si připravili sami. Lokalita je pro nás výhodná, protože tu žil můj tatínek za 2. světové války. Po jeho stopách pátráme podle zápisků z jeho deníku. Ani nádraží není příliš daleko, takže jezdíme do okolních míst. Samotné Hallle je krásné město. V minulém ubytování jsme měli možnost vařit a byl tam toustovač, zde je jen mikrovlnka, ale i s ní se dá dobře fungovat. Jezdit do Halle jsme začali v roce 2022, cena mezitím stoupla, ale bohužel zdražilo všechno, i lístek pro měsíční cestování po Německu...
Miao-ling (7/5): Ein sehr anstrengender Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. - Praktisch für kurze Aufenthalte: man hat alles was man braucht für die Selbstversorgung. Einzelne Teile in der Einrichtung muss noch saniert bzw. repariert werden: der Duschkopf ist nicht wasserdicht…

Rahim (4/5): Disappointing - It was a good location and needed home facilities were there except a stove. All doors including the entrance door, the door on the stairs and the room door are very super old, making unpleasant sounds when opening or closing them. The bathroom could be a lot cleaner. The rules of the house were very strict like the ones in a prison. When I entered the room there was a paper on the table saying the rules. Instead of giving only instructions or a brochure introducing the city, there were rules like: Turn the lights off Turn the heater down You should pay if you break a plate You should pay if you don't take your rubbish out You should pay if you... I think the owners are just too much worried about how their place is taken care of. I'm sure I'll never go back to that apartment again.
Anna (8/5): Very good - Hello, The answers are the same as for the time from 5th to 9th Aug., because our stay was divided into 2 parts as I ordered it in Autumn and I did now have a day credit high enough in a bank. Next time I would appreciate more detailed answers to my questions from the owner of the accommodation before our stay. Otherwise everything was great. Regards Anna Košárková

Tamas (9/5): Good value. - Great location for a great price. Even though it is just a room there is a fridge and cutlery. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The booking page did not say that there is a fridge and cutlery so it was hard to guess how we would manage food.

Several times, I lost Internet access despite being connected to the router. It might be related to something exceptional

Anna (8/5): We are modest people, so even when the room was really small, it was ok for us. - We had our own breakfast. The baker´s had a holiday, we had to go to a supermarket which was not so near. The room was small, but ok. We could sleep there without troubles. It was not too far from the railway station or the city centre. It´s a pity we did not know that there would be towels and soap, we carried ours. There was not a toaster at it was promised. There was no condensed milk as it was said in the paper in the room. We xould be happier with bed-side tables (even small) for our personal things. One more lamp next to one bed would also be fine. We had a problem with wet clothes after our arrival where to hang everything. Also some information was redundant (sent twice), eg. in an email was written we would get a code, and the code was sent in the previous one. Some information we missed - eg. a detail description of utensils in the room.

Aleksandar (10/5): It was great! - The apartment is small but provides everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The whole building is very warm, therefore making my late October stay a very cosy one. Contactless check-in instructions on point. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. Excellent choice in terms of value for money! I can't say anything bad about my experience in this apartment.
