• Martin (10/5): Perfekt - Sehr nette Altbauwohnung, viel Platz, sehr gute Lage, für unsere Zwecke optimal. Sehr nette Vermieterin und auch sehr liebe Hausbetreuerin vor Ort. Sollten wir wieder nach Krems fahren, werden wir auf alle Fälle versuchen, wieder in der gleichen Unterkunft wohnen zu können.

• Stefan (8/5): Schöne, große Wohnung in einem gepflegten alten Haus. - Die Gastgeberin wurde von einer sehr netten, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Frau im Haus vertreten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, sie ist großzügig geschnitten und hat zwei große Zimmer(jeweils ein Doppelbett) und ein Kabinett (ein einzelnes Bett). Küche und Bad sind geräumig. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Familien oder Gruppen. Parkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung sind knapp.

• mirna (10/5): - I love this apartment, it’s huge and furnished in style that middle class Austrian apartments used to be. The host is very friendly, parking is right at the front of the building and city itself is very walkable.
• Manuel Pedro (9/5): Excelente opción para estar en Krems - La amabilidad de la anfitriona, el sitio del alojamiento y lo bien equipado que está. Es para poder pasar algunos días allí. El apartamento ganaría bastante si se decorara con otros muebles (muebles antiguos). Pero es un mal menor. Merece mucho la pena hospedarse en este alojamiento.

• Michael (10/5): Entspannter und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt. - Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Haustüre hat man in der Regel auch immer sofort gefunden. Gerne jederzeit wieder! Ein weiterer Haustürschlüssel wäre super gewesen. Die Altau-Fenster lassen sich leider nicht kippen, was im Erdgeschoss in der Nacht doch etwas heikel sein kann.

Perfectly equipped, incl. coffee machine. Nice host. Free parking. Very quiet. Penny market 200 m away, important as there is no breakfast. The matraces & pillows were too soft for our taste.

I do not have one complaint; it's one of the best I've ever stayed in. The owners always answered promptly and answered all questions. Also, Krems and the area were a lot of fun. I highly recommend this rental. There was absolutely nothing I did not like about this rental unit.
