• Moran (10/5): Will definitely recommend to our friends - Absolutely everything. They were available on the WhatsApp 24/7. The pool was so nice and the shallow area was perfect for our 18mo baby. The location is amazing, the kitchen is equipped with whatever you need and more. It wasn’t such a big deal for us but you can hear the passing cars if they’re a bit loud. Again.. there is not a lot of traffic to make it a nuisance.

• José Tomás (10/5): Muy agradable, buenas instalaciones y muy completo. - Tiene todo lo necesario , muy cómodo Para nosotros no fue problema, pero si no estás motorizado … el centro, restaurantes , las mejores playas quedan un poco lejos (excepto la playa de Mal País que está a 3 minutos a pie).
• Pierre (10/5): - Pascual and the cleaning lady are nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just away from the main busy road but in walking distance. The apartment has everything needed to cook and is very functional. The terrace is great, the pool is nice. The mattress needs to be changed as it was too soft in the middle and you fall in the hole
• Tessa (9/5): Het was top!! - Ruime studio met airco. Er werd elke dag schoongemaakt en handdoeken etc vervangen. Lekker zwembadje om even aan te lezen. Hele vriendelijke host en schoonmaakster. Paar minuten lopen van het strand en binnen 10 min ben je bij leuke restaurantjes. -

Wir haben noch mehrmals verlängert, weil es einfach das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, tägliche Reinigung, entspannte Atmosphäre. Für uns war die Lage super, aber wenn man kein Auto hat, sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten an der Straße entlang, das sollte man wissen.

• alejandro (9/5): Muy buena experiencia! - El servicio y la atención desde antes de llegar y al llegar fueron inmejorables, nos indicaron como llegar con un mensaje de whatsapp con toda la información de nuestra reserva y pude organizar el chek-in y la llegada de manera muy directa y flexible. Una vez allí las instalaciones y la habitación eran muy completas y equipadas. La ubicación es perfecta para hacer surf y salir a hacer excursiones tanto a las cascadas como a la isla tortuga.

• Lynn (10/5): Healing, grateful, lovely perfect stay! - I stayed here for 18 days. Loved it so much!! The bed is comfy, the kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking delicious meals. Everything is super clean and new. The air conditioning was very appreciated in the hot season. The pool is great anytime of the day. Walking distance to the beach and the owners of the hotel got the good details down. Such gracious, kind and accommodating hosts. It’s close enough to Santa Teresa without all the dust and noise. I would definitely stay here again when I come back!

Nice private decking with fan out front of apartment. Very clean. Close walk to quieter beach. Nice pool. Daily cleaning. Staff helped organize laundry for us. Good quantity of towels (bath, hand, pool and face washer towel per person) which were changed whenever needed. Cooking facilities and fridge in room. Not a hostel vibe, but still got to know neighbors. No plug in sink for dishes. No hot water in kitchen sink (but kettle was provided).

• Diane (9/5): Great location but dusty from road - Location was great. 6 min walk to beach, 10 min to supermarket and start of playa Carmen. The waves at this part of the beach are awesome for swimming, surfing and boogeyboarding and watching sunset. It is away from the chaos of “the strip”. The main thing is that it is right on the part of the road that is unpaved and people drive way too fast so dirt comes into the place and settle’s everywhere on the patio, drying clothes, etc. Once this is paved, which they say will be over the summer, this will a better value. There is some traffic noise but it is designed well and that wasn’t a big deal.

They gave us so much information and help with the places and beaches to visit (using WhatsApp)! She was so quick to respond to our questions and needs. The pool was also nice to have since we have a young kid. Thank you again for your hospitality! Nothing really!
• Soukie (10/5): Highly recommended 💛 - I stayed 5 nights at this place and you have everything to be confortable. It's moderne, mostly new construction (2 years), super clean, cleaning service everyday, TV for rainy day (I was able to connect my phone on the TV screen), everything you need to cook, good natural lights, super service by Alonso the manager and Sabrina who respond all my question verry quick on Whatsapp and she also help me to book my shuttle to Monteverde. The pool was also a big highligts of my stay. It was more than I expected. I seriously highly recommended this place because I trully enjoy my stay there. Mucho gracias Alonso & Sabrina 🫶🏻 Just a little bit far from the center of the town by walk but if you are a good walker, it should be okay. You can also rent a bicycle in town or ATV for 60$/day. Beach is only 5 min by walk and it's in between Santa Teresa town and Mai Pai with the tide pods.

• Angelo (9/5): Great Value, friendly staff, would definitely go back - Very good price for a large apartment. Fresh towels were delivered every morning and entire apt was stocked with silverware and becessary dishes. Very close to multiple beaches and a small town. Shark theme is cute, Alonso and the Sabrina are both very nice, accomodating and helpful. Water doesn't get hot unless you have the shower on low pressure (but that is across lots of places in Costa Rica, so expect it wherever you go) and the beds were a little tough.

The place is super nice, clean, spacious. There is a big fridge, A/C, kitchen and smart tv in each room. The pool is great! Allonso, who was part of the staff, was fantastic too, very helpful and gave me a lot of tips to enjoy Santa Teresa better. Recommend it 100%! I will definitely stay here when I come back to ST. Nothing - everything is excellent!

• India (10/5): Amazing Stay! Thank you! - Sabrina and Alonso were amazing. Sabrina was available via WhatsApp with any information I needed and helped with booking anything in santa teresa. Alonso was available anytime to answer queries about the apartment. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard. The apartment had great facilities. Great shower and an equipped kitchen. The pool is perfect. Nothing.

Alongside this they were willing to answer any questions we had via WhatsApp on the area and any busses we want (this was an example of them going above and beyond during our stay). The appartment itself was clean and very comfortable. With the space came a private balcony and swimming pool which was a great escape from busy Santa Teresa when wanted. Overall would highly recommend this place with highly attentive hosts who clearly have great pride in what they have created! n/a

• Nina (8/5): Very good - A Safe and AC in the room. Nice built and decorated Hotel. Alonso the facility manager is the big plus this Hotel has to offer. This guy is lituarally an Allrounder. An Entertainer as well as the good soul of the hotel as well as the man who helps you with whatever you need - we definitely recommend you to have a conversation with him during your stay, shortly you will know what I mean :) and on that you will help him to improve his english ;)

• Maya (4/5): Disappointing - if you have a car it’s great location if you looking for quiet area, it’s away from the town . Alonso, the guy who work there is really helpful and nice . The property is pretty basic, and pretty new so it’s in a good condition. There is construction work about 200m away from the property and when I told the owner about it she’s been very aggressive and unpleasant , got really bad attitude… felt not welcome there . if you are sensitive for noise , you just have to know that. They just start building the hotel next door . Also the bed is not comfortable and it’s pretty small for 2 person.

The property is nice, new and clean with a nice design. It’s in a perfect location for a very short walk to the beach and town. Theres a nice pool and outdoor shower to cool off in, each room has a balcony to hang out on, you get a small kitchen, no bugs inside and so nice! The staff were great, Alonso was very friendly and helpful and Sabrina was great communicating also! Loved it and will come back! liked everything!

Nice pool to enjoy a quick bath when returning from the beach. Very good contact with Sabrina before checking and with Alonso during our stay - especially to help us find a taxi on the spot on our last day. Thank you SO MUCH for making our stay so enjoyable !
