• Kamila (10/5): Supererholsamer Kurzurlaub - Perfekte Lage. Gemütliche, große Wohnung mit wunderschönen Aussicht auf Bodensee, große Terasse, großer Fernseher, Klimaanlage, gut ausgestattene Küche, zwei Badezimmer (Dusche und Badewanne), supernetter Gastgeber! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder:) Nichts!
• susanne (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fanden die Wohnung ideal für unseren Urlaub mit vielen Aktivitäten. Die Lage am Hang mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den See ist wirklich toll. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und großzügig geschnitten. Am Bahnhof gibt es einen sehr netten Fahrradverleih, den man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Bei allen Fragen konnten wir uns unkompliziert an die Gastgeber wenden. Rundum empfehlenswert!
• Elena (7/5): Home with a beautiful view but lacking on attention to detail - The location was exactly as described. Quick to the supermarket, bakery and to the waterfront. The balcony had a beautiful view and the rooms were spacious. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and if the TV is important to you, this home had a very large TV. Our check in was easy and the Host was very friendly. We were disappointed that it wasn't professionally cleaned. After we spent our first hour vacuuming the balcony, the corners and spiders inside etc. we felt more comfortable. The windows of a home with this view, should also be cleaned so the view can be better enjoyed. The outdoor furniture was good to sit and look at the view but a table to simply have breakfast outside would have been nice. Not really a complaint because we were aware there was no outdoor table, just a suggestion. There was dish soap and a sponge but strangely no dish towel, paper towels or napkins in the house to dry anything in the kitchen. We bought special sponges to scrub clean the stainless steel pans before we could use them. It took a long time to get hot water in the showers. For us the cleanliness and the kitchen are very important and our score reflects that. We rent a Ferienwohnung so we can have the kitchen and outdoor space that a hotel just doesn't have. For us, if the home was kept cleaner with a little more care and attention to detail, it would have been a 9. Just take note: There is no freezer.
• Caroline (5/5): Beautiful view but with some frustrations as well - The view of the lake and walking proximity .. parking spot right outside property … good grocery store 1km away (not 500m as listed) .. nice big tv in a big living room with access to Netflix, Disney etc … Hidden tourist tax that was not listed on booking.com (all the properties I have ever booked list this with the booking as “excluded” from the price so we expect to pay it). The listing says there is a washing machine. We are traveling with 2 small children and booked properties which had one. The apartment did not have a washing machine and when we asked, the host said it was “downstairs” and cost 5€ per day — what?! This is unacceptable if it is listed as a property amenity. Dead worms and bugs on balcony floor .. a ton of stink bugs nested in the balcony furniture. The host did come take care of the bugs on the balcony furniture the next day but it was obvious the balcony was not swept or cleaned before our arrival. The glass on the balcony table was dirty and sticky. The plastic cover you use to cover your food in the microwave hadn’t been washed (had red greasy residue inside of it along with a dead bug). No freezer .. No dish soap .. 1 roll of toilet paper .. 1 dish towel … a used sponge .. just small things which made the stay a bit frustrating. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but the smell that came out was horrendous. We couldn’t find a broom or dust pan. Overall we were a bit disappointed. You are paying for “the view” which was great but this was the stop on our trip we were most looking forward to (and booked the most nights at) and it was definitely the least comfortable and accommodating of all 4 of our stays.
