- Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a hot water system, but we assure you that the water in Cartagena is very warm thanks to the tropical climate throughout the year. - The apartment is exclusively for families. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed. - The entry of visitors who are not previously registered is not allowed. - The pool of the building is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be under maintenance except for holidays, when it is a holiday it will be closed on Tuesday. - The entrance times to the apartment are at 4:00 PM and departures before 11:00 AM. (Only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure). - Upon arrival, the building will charge a tourist registration value of 30,000 COP in cash for the stay in the apartment. It is not a value per person. (This amount may vary according to the building regulations and is not included in the total value of the reservation). - The apartment does not have a parking space, but the building provides the parking service in its facilities for a value of 15,000 COP per day (this amount may vary according to the building regulations and is managed directly at the reception upon arrival).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Erika (1/5): Pésimo - La ubicación Solo había una cama y dos colchones en el suelo mientras que la publicidad decía 4 camas , las instalaciones viejas y oxidadas , nunca estuvo disponible el uso de la piscina , no había útiles de aseo como shampoo en el baño , nunca nadie vino hacer el aseo , el wifi funcionaba con intermitencia ! No lo recomiendo

andrea (3/5): Insatisfecho con la estadía - El aseo pésimo, partes dañadas,le falta mantenimiento al apartamento, ni hablar de la Cocina estaba sucia las paredes la cama no es cómoda salimos con un dolor de espalda debido al colchón, los a sensores se dañan mucho, es un sitio para no recomendar con el precio podíamos conseguir algo mejor pero nos guiamos por cómo se veía en fotos.
