- Yenny Pilar (6/5): Falta de mantenimiento y reparaciones - La vista al mar El apartamento carece de mantenimiento, las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, habia una lavadora dañada, el mobiliario de cocina y baño deteriorados con hongos. Queda en el laguito, que se inunda por agua de mar y algunos taxis te hacen bajar antes. te debes mojar los pies o quitarte los zapatos para pasar por aguas sucias.

Bathrooms furniture was in a poor State, as well the kitchen in poor condition, ac end up in the balcony and its too Hot all the time, the table and chairs is in very bad condition. You have to Wear a bracelet all the time for access to the apartment, with the sun u end up with withe line over your wrist. The have laundry Machine but you canot use it.
